I had a previous issue w lids not being on properly which resulted in my order creating a mess - I called and spoke to manager on duty Hanna and she apologized sincerely and said just come in and we will take care of you - went in and told Benny the manager on duty and he was so awesome truly took his time to take my compete order re read to ensure all was correct within minutes he had my order ready all with a winning attitude and smile - I was amazed at the level of customer service from such a young student he definitely has a bright future - thank you Benny for phenomenal customer service !!

Sooo, this place! I arrived to about 30 people in line and more coming in. Turns out it was some sort of special night for a local school. There was 5 -6 people working the counter at a time and they flew through the customers with perfect accuracy! I thought I was gonna walk out at first glance just because I was in a hurry. Im sure glad I stayed. The people were wonderful and the meal was great!

Great except on random nights where all goes to hell somehow? Last time they exploded one of our burritos and wrapped it back in another so there were two tortillas... And my sons chicken was so spicy he couldnt eat it. But this is rare-ish. And they gave us BOGO coupons and free soda for the hassle.

Nice to bring a higher quality fast food to Damascus. Good service and friendly employees make a difference. Only criticism that keeps them from 5 stars is that the steak meat is frequently dry or the bin is almost empty. I get chicken now, I would prefer steak.

Good portion sizes, friendly staff, and food seating options for families. This is one of the better Chipotles in the area. In a plaza that has plenty of parking and access to the restaurant too, which usually isnt the case for Chipotle.

I visit this Chipotle at least 3 times a week. Staff is usually pretty good/friendly. Food is usually ok, not exceptional. I think it would be better tasting if it was busier and the food was refilled with fresh food more often.

When l opened my bowl when l got home, it was only half full. What did l just pay 10 dollars for? Got ripped off on this visit. Make sure you watch what they give you and make sure it is the correct amount.

The Damascus Chipotle is well run and usually less busy than many others. Pretty much everyone knows what theyre getting from a Chipotle, and this location is no different.
