Went in about 10 min before closing. Ordered a burrito ultimo to go. Onions and peppers were half-raw because the had already cleaned their grill and didnt want to get it dirty so they nuked them instead. If you cant make a menu item 10 minutes before closing to the same level of quality that you do at every other point in the day, dont sell it (or at least have the brains not to have an open kitchen design so that customers cant see the cooks taking half-assed shortcuts). If your staff is in such a hurry to get home, then close earlier. Not impressed and wont be back.

Very nice location. Spacious and clean. The people are friendly. This place requires printed only coupons and does not accept coupons on your phone. The enchilado ultimo burrito is the best! Their selection salsas and condiments is next to none. Julissa who works here is a superb staff.

I always get baja burrito, make it steak and upgrade it to Enchilado style. It is so freaking delicious with all the cheese and sauce on top. you wont regret it, you might need a fork and knife to deal with it :P at least that what I do

The franchise isnt as good as Chipotle but Chicken Ultimo is something I like here.
