This is the best IHOP Ive ever been to! Excellent service (our waitress was Trish), we were greeted immediately, the food was perfectly prepared. If this store isnt a training store for the franchise, it should be! My boyfriends Big Steak Omelette was perfect on presentation, the omelette was fluffy but thin, the fillings were tender, flavorful and plentiful. My corned beef hash had that awesome crispy browned layer on the outside and was hot and soft on the inside... So good... And my overeasy eggs were spot on. The seasonal Eggnog Pancakes were amazing! They looked just like they came off the page of the menu, and tasted like creamy, custard-y (not too sweet!) Eggnog cake! We had never been here before. Were traveling from up North to VA Beach, and we were so pleased to find this place right off I-95. I used to be a line cook at some of the bigger chains and was a weekend breakfast cook, so when Im impressed, theres a reason. I highly recommend this IHOP!!!

When I ate here with my boyfriend it was like a step back in time. When we arrived there was a white couple ahead of us already waiting for a table so we also sat and waited, the host then proceeded to try to seat us before them and I stated that they arrived before us, the host said it was ok and that she would seat us first. She lead us to our table and thats when I noticed that they had sat all the African American people in the restaurant in one corner and they sat us first so that the white couple did not have to sit there. I was taken aback by this and extremely disappointed in the choices of the staff. After I left I called and complained to no prevail, I was told a district manager would be contacting me, but of course that never happened.

My wife and i come here all the time. The service is never that great but the food is excellent. Tonight we had a horrible experience with a waitress named Olga. She barely speaks english and did not get our orders right, when we asked her for some butter she proceeded to clean several tables (one of which was the table right behind us) before getting it, and it took over 15 minutes for her to come get our check. They also charged me full price for the breakfast sampler even though i did not get pancakes or fruit. Overall we usually love the food eveb though the service is something to be desired.

Its an IHOP... and the food is tasty and consistent with what you have come to expect from IHOP. This is a very busy IHOP location, especially after-church times on sunday, and the parking lot is very small... so it is best to come during off hours if you expect to get a table within 30 minutes and if you like attentive service. IHOP prices have gone up significantly over the years, in my humble opinion, and are no longer in the same low fare class as places like Dennys. However, the atmosphere is better and it still seems to be a good deal.

Im a fan of Ihop . But this location really sucks. We waited 40 min to be seated while we could see plenty of empty tables inside. We get in. we wait 20 min for the waitress to show up. Another 30 min for the food to arrive. We had to get up and get napkins straws and sauce. And the order comes messed up and the food is cold . All the manager could say is that shell check on it. I will never come back to this location. Overall. Really bad experience

The spinach omelette was terrible. There was more spinach and onions on the outside of the omelette. When I told the manager, he insulted my intelligence and told me that it just looked like it was on the outside. The waitress never asked if I wanted an alternative meal and never returned. The fruit was good though thus earning one star.

Yum! Came in from out of town to visit my momma in the hospital. Headed home and stopped to grab a bite at 11:30p just before close at midnight. The food was HOT and DELICIOUS! Server was also attentive and sweet! AlwAys a WIN. Avoid the breakfast joint across the street!

Paid twice as much as waffle House so I could get on the wifi and finish a big work project. When I couldnt connect, I was told that the wifi "has a mind of its own" with a shrug. Couldnt work, paid too much and had to rush through my meal. There wont be a next time.

My visit today was not the best experience. The food was good, not great. Our waitress was polite but it seemed almost forced, the silverware that I received was dirty and after we got the bill I realized that my orange juice was $3.99!

Food was good... but we waited an hour for our food with a hungry 5 year old... while others sat and got there food before us... and the waitress was horrible... Vanessa was her name... only had one coke and one coffee the whole time

Really dirty tables food needs improvement service to slow.again we went in same thing everthing about this Restaurant has not change. Corporate needs to really check this one out its needs a big sweeping. June 15,2017 back service.

Decent, clean and friendly service! Food took a bit longer than Id expected for it not being too busy, but was fresh and hot along with fresh coffee. Definitely better than the location closer to me on Labarnum

Worst place ever. Service was horrible to the point we received someone elses food and a bacon cheeseburger that we ordered had no bacon on it. Never coming here again....not like they were busy

I didnt get all my food at the same time, so I waited for my second half of my order and when I finally got it, it wasnt cooked all the way. But, I was compt the meal, and the waitress was great.
