Complaint on Isela at the Springfield VA location. Store is located at Old Keene Mill and Rolling So we went to this location today to try it out. There was a long line which we didnt mind. When we went to the first register several minutes later, the one that says "Order here", the register seem closed. There were a bunch of boxes on top and nobody at the register. We waited a good 5 minutes but nobody showed up. The line in front of us was already at the last register, so i figured maybe it is closed, and we need to order and paid at the end. We got there, and the cashier girl named Isela talked to me. She had no idea of what customer service is and even after i explained her that we waited and nobody was on the first station, she declined to serve us and said that the order must be taken at the first location only. I explained her that i understood, however due to the circumstances if she could take the order there, we had waited a good 15 minutes, i did not mind waiting more for the food, but she needed to make an exception. Keep in mind i was polite and respectful up until this point. She refused and directed me to the end of the line. I said i already did the whole line, but she did not care. At this point i was getting ready to leave, and requested to speak to the manager. The manager was Rosa Pace. She came in and apologize and asked to please order with her. However i was so furious about Iselas treatment and lack of customer service. She had an attitude the whole time even when she went to get the manager. She rolled her eyes when the manager apologized to me. Needless to say i did not eat there. I thanked the manager for her right attitude, however i will never go back there and will make sure everybody knows that this location has the worst staff.

I generally like Einstein Bro. Bagels, so I didnt believe the bad reviews that this place got, and I went anyway. Well-- this place is the worst. Sure, the bake the bagels using the franchise products and come up with an OK bagel. But clearly no one who works there knows what a bagel is supposed to taste like. My toasted bagel came out cold. When I complained they scrapped off the cream cheese and put it in a steam oven. So I got a warm slime bagel for my 5 bucks. If you go there-- toast your bagels at home. When I told them that my bagel was not toasted they said that I should have asked for a "double toasted" bagel. Yeah right-- its my fault because they either dont know how to toast a bagel or know how to set their toaster. Stay away--not worth the money. Manager didnt care at all that his crew was serving slime bagels.

I would give this place a "zero" if I could. I came in to get breakfast this morning and ordered a santa fe bagel. I paid for it and waited for a while. Meanwhile about 12 people who came in after me got their food right away. I asked them how much longer it would be and then someone asks me "What did you order again?" I dont think they were even making it. Sadly I waited a few more minutes but then I had to leave with an empty belly and paying for something I did not get. I never want to go back. What a terrible place!!!!!! It looked really dirty too so maybe I escaped food poisoning by deciding to just leave.

Service is slow and mistakes are regularly made in orders, even when theres no other customers. Tables and seats are not cleaned regularly, even when its not busy. Do not expect any warm feelings of appreciating you as a customer here.

Food is okay, if they havent run out of what you want. Service is awful. They dont put anything into the system and always get it mixed up. Oh and no free refills on the self service drinks. Even though they have no sign.

Convenient location but the place is looking pretty worn. Some counter people are not on top of the orders sometimes. Good coffee and breakfast sandwiches though. Love the Chorizo Sunrise! Keep it on the menu please!

Solid quality bagels for the neighborhood. Fast service they have so many people behind the counter the line goes fast. Cant complain when they have some of the tastiest bagels around. a must try if youre in the area.

I love Einstein bros bagels, ever since I was a kid and my dad would take me, but this place just couldnt get it together. Too many people working the registers without knowing what they were doing. Great bagels though

Long lines and when busy, very slow and inconsistent service. Never had bad food. Coffee always tastes good, but often run out when busy. Carry-out can be frustrating if you have to wait for coffee to finish brewing.

Great food! Absolutely delicious! Often have lines at meal times but they move fairly quickly. Facilities look "tired" but seating is adequate. Parking is adequate.

We love coming here for breakfast early on Sunday mornings after Mass. They recently rearranged the seating to make more booths which was quite a nice change.

They offer free refills on coffee so I decided to try the coffee and it was excellent! I go there instead of Starbucks now. Very friendly people too.
