The waitress was nice. No issue with that. However when we asked for free juice since all four of us agreed the manager never asked for it in the first place. She slyly went to go Talk to the manager and the manager had the audacity to come over and start arguing with us. saying she did offer it. and i was like "Im pretty sure you didnt offer us since we offered" and i mean i wouldnt have ever asked if it werent this complicated to get some apple juice. so after that we finish our meal which was no problem. however. when we asked for our checks i joked "oh is this gonna take another 15 min. ironically. it did. and on top of that they charged us double for our milkshakes. there were waiters sitting around just chillin while we were looking and waiting for someone to help us. some guy was vacuuming right next to us. it was awful. it was 2 stars. but i changed it to one once my bill was suprisingly too high. she solved it but I cant get over the fact that she tried to argue with a customer and on top of that sort of belittle me by saying "dont get mad okay? we want u to leave happy," in a voice like she was talking to a child. oh and they took about 20 min to ask the table next to us what drinks they wanted. sigh.

My wife and children were patrons at this location this evening. Due to the staffs incompentence and lack of ability to operate in a high volume restaurant, my wifes debit card was given to another customer. After the mistake was made, the cashiers response was totally unacceptable. Initially she attempted to blame my wife by saying, "I placed it on the counter." She then said, "I thought I made a mistake but I didnt say anything." Meanwhile the thief made over 400.00 dollars worth of charges, while the cashier blamed everyone from other costumers to there being too many request for balloons. Never again will my family patronize this establishment and I encourage anyone who reads this to follow suit. We will be filing a formal complaint.

When you eat at a restaurant like an IHOP, you know its going to be a hit or miss. The reviews here prove that. My experience on a late Saturday morning was prompt seating but had a non-attentive waitress who served cold food without any condiments. Basically the experience of having breakfast was nearly ruined.

You can either a great or bad experience. It depends on the waiter and what manager is there. Sunny, Rosa, Reinato, and Heidi have been great servers. We ask for them all the time, to avoid the bad mannered ones (Rosa and Reinato are no longer there).

Worst place for take out. I was told that I needed to take my soup home and warm it up by the manager. It was ice cold. I then had convince the manager that I needed silverware for the meals that I bought... This place is not recommended for take out.

Came in around 10 PM and they were cleaning up from a pancake event. This did not detract from the calm atmosphere, but our silverware was a bit dirty. The server was alright but not the most friendly. Food typical of an IHOP.

The staff always says a 10 minute wait, its been 25 minutes now, dont believe their lies. Its a good fast stop but if theres any wait get out while still you can. Annitas or Burger King is probably faster and better.

The restaurant is clean and in good condition. The food is what you get at IHOP, solid breakfast food, OK everything else. The price is OK, but breakfast there can cost the same as dinner somewhere else.
