First off, the food was good and lived up to expectations. The management on the other hand is very poorly trained at handling stress and conflict resolution. My wife and I stopped there for a late breakfast on a Sunday morning knowing we would catch the after church rush and we were okay with that. After placing our order it was 40 minutes (wife sent a text to daughter when she ordered, so we had a time stamp to go off of.) before we finally asked the manager if he can check on our order. We brought out our food in about a minute. After our meal we asked for our check, and no one knew who to ask for our check. I asked for a manager and shared my disappointment to him about the level of service. He was extremely rude and told me he was low on staff and doing the best he can. I recommended he tell the customers at the time of ordering that they are behind in the kitchen. He became even more rude. I am very disappointed in the culture in this location. No one looked like they were enjoying their job. And if they are this stressed in the front of the restaurant, how stressed were they in the back and that sweat dripping on food?!?!?

VERY slow service.1 party of 4 ahead of us, but restaurant almost empty and had a 20 minute wait. Right now, very few in restaurant and we are STILL waiting on food with 2 small kids after an 8 hour drive. Been here over an hour in this lonely restaurant. Our waitress has been very kind and attentive however. Even though it took over an hour to get food, most of it was cold. The food was, NOT the best. I would contact the manager, but we are passing thru and rarely get back into this area, nor would we come back, so I will leave this. I generally like IHOP, as a kid friendly place to eat. My kids did not leave happy.

The host is strange. He makes faces and seems reluctant to assist customers. Have have had 2 poor meals here. The last time I was in, I got a cheese omelet and the cheese in it was white and oozed out and seems like cheap cheese wiz of some sort. I do have to say that the waiters and waitresses are very good at their jobs and very nice. Last time I was in the service was very very slow. Not the best I-Hop.

Usually a great place to come. Good food, good service. Today, not so much. Waited a while before our server ever came to take our drink order. When she finally did we were ready to place our order. She only came by once to see if everything came out ok. Never came back to see if we needed anything else or needed refills. Ill be back but Ill make sure I dont sit in her section.

Ive eaten at this Ihop around a dozen times. The manager of this location is very customer service oriented, respectful, and attentive Always greeted at the door and promptly walked to a table. I really like the pancakes here, but the eggs are always a bit watery and bland which is why I only gave it 4 stars. Overall, very good place.

We just ate at Ihop today for a Fathers Day luncheon. We had a party of 11 people. The service was excellent, from our server Kevin.... and the food was very, very delicious. We highly recommend any of the specialty omelettes, or pancakes. Thanks Ihop for a great Fathers Day for two of our dads there :)

family comes here regularly. That says it all. Though....as you can imagine it gets busy weekend mornings and they have a hard time keep up with crowd. at those times expect long waits for orders to come out of kitchen. Busy or not they dont provide water, unless you specifically ask for it.

Lets face it: you go to IHOP for one of two reasons. 1) youre 10 and youre parents are too tired too cook dinner or B) youre drunk at 2am and are craving diner food. I went for the only other reason... I woke up from a nap craving fries and pancakes. IHOP made it happen.

Went late (not much open late in town) and the waiter was stoned out of his mind. Couldnt remember anything. Manager just looked super stressed and trying to hold it together. Food was standard IHOP. Refills were hard to come by but coffee was alright.

Server was Jared. He was pleasant and attentive. Food arrived quickly and was cooked well and tasted great! 1st time dining at this location. Would have given 5 stars but the Dollar Store decorations hanging from the ceiling were dreadful.

Food is good and service is relativity quick. Besides Pizza Hut, its the only other international sit down/carry out restaurant in town. This is also a good place for teens interested in working as they dont serve alcoholic beverages.

Very very poor & slow service. Over 30 minutes to get in, over 30 minutes to wait for food. Server & Manager did not really care much. I would not recommend anyone to go to this restaurant.

Went mid afternoon. Food was just fair and the server pretty much robotically got us what we needed. Did wait about 5-10 min to cash out. Would probably go back if I lived in Mt. Airy.

There were more employees than patrons and it still too more than 20 minutes to get a single meal. And when it finally came out it was under cooked and disgusting. Never again.

Why does this restaurant not have paper towels in the bathrooms? The hand blower is not very sanitary. I recommend that this restaurant put paper towels in their bathrooms.

Great, friendly service. Food arrived quickly and was very good. It is moderately clean, but the tables are a little bit sticky. Not surprising for a house of pancakes!

This is terrible, even for a crummy chain like IHOP. Messed up my order, and they couldnt be bothered to bus the table next to me for the 40 minutes I sadly ate a meal.

French toast and Pancakes were great as well as the eggs, and speedy service by jason even with alot of tables... The only down side was tight space and small table.
