Ive been ordering from here occasionally (about once a month) since last year. I came across them via Google Maps and thought hey why not? Theyre a bit pricy from the start, but I liked the pizza. Its not THE best but its decent. I just ordered again today though and its the last. Their customer service is ridiculous...so I place an order on my way home from work and ask what kind of specials they had. The special I chose was 1 large pizza and 20 wings for $19.99. Not a bad deal at all! On top of that though I ordered another large pizza so my family wouldnt have to cook. Fast forward to when the delivery guy gets here, he gives me the food and hands me a bill for $42.95. I ask if the guy gave me the special I asked for and he just said, "Yeah yeah yeah" (gave the impression that he didnt understand me-- he was some older middle eastern guy). I said alright..well how much is a large pizza (no toppings, just a cheese pizza) and his reply, "um Im not sure off the top of my head". Wtf? You work there lol so after going back and forth I just said screw it...Im starving since I skipped lunch. Im not one to squabble over a little bit of money so I pay him, even tipped him when I felt I shouldnt have since he wasnt being helpful...AT ALL. I literally just checked their menu and its $11 for a large cheese pizza. The 1 large pizza and 20 wings is actually $22.99 (the guy on the phone said $19.99). But even then its a total of $34 plus tax-- one of his many excuses was that the city of Manassas has a 9% tax. I didnt even know that...but even then it would be only a few bucks totaling $37... Anyways moral of the story make sure they tell you the total before. Ill let them keep my $5 since they seem to desperately need it and just never order from there again. Really what lost me was their customer service... Theres plenty of other pizza joints around, Pizza Time!

Ordered 2 Large Pizzas during their lunch special for 10.99 each for delivery. 15 mins after placing the order I got a call saying that they were going to charge me 10 extra because I raised 1 meat topping on each pizza when the website said I could choose any 3 toppings without saying anything about any additional charges. So 30 mins later I finally ordered pizza from somewhere else but that fact of the matter is that my children in my class will not be able to have pizza on time for their school party. Never again. Apparently their menu wasnt updated online. Any real business would have complied with what they stated online since it was their mistake. This place is obviously ran by mediocre owners. A real business would honor this.

please BEWARE! VERY RUDE, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, I will never give them my business again. I ordered from here at least 3x a month. I just placed an order and there was a mix up, the owner and workers were so rude telling me it was my fault, and they wont refund me, ect. Ok if its your policy not to give refunds or take back the order then just say so politley. No need to be rude. every other resturant replaces the order or gives a refund, with no problem, so what makes pizza time think that they are so speical??? whatever, they lost my 100 dollars a month. b/c i order from them all the time and my orders are never under 25$ I was a loyal customer, and for them to treat me like trash, i feel disrespected. never again smh

Pizza Time used to be our go to when in the mood for pizza, been a customer for over 2 years. In the past few months however the quality has slipped horribly. The last pizza we ordered was the worst of it. They took an already cooked and sliced cheese pizza (who knows how long ago it was actually made) and threw our toppings and some cheese on top and reheated it. They even sucked at the reheating as none of the second layers cheese had browned. Then to top it off they didnt even bother to cut the pizza again or attempt to hide their gross actions in any way. Its unfortunate that theyve fallen so low, this place used to be great, now they have lost a loyal customer.

I ordered from here the day we moved in a few days ago...the pizza is really good. I was about to see if there was another place because the guy on the phone was rude, abrasive, and would NOT shut up so I could order...kept saying go ahead and stopping me. I dont even think he put me down for the coupon I had that he said he got, when the delivery gut came he thanked me a million times for ordering (only reason I put anything good on service.) Maybe he was apologizing for the guy on the phones rudeness.

Been ordering here for the last 12 years. Not impressed with the building or staff sometimes, but the food finds a way to block that from memory every time lol. I have serious issues with other establishments in the area undercooking their wings, this is the only place that gets it right every time....and the sauce is excellent. Not to keen on their pizza, its OK, however, their "blackened" steak and cheese is most awesome and the fried mushrooms are great as well.

The pizza was OK, but nothing to write home about. It was well-cooked but kinda plain. A bit of seasoning would go a long way. I was really disappointed with the wings. The chicken was very dry and overcooked, not what I expected after reading great reviews on their wings. The food is definitely not worth their high prices. Better, cheaper food can be found elsewhere.. Sorry but I wont be coming back.

they have great food, but the way the manager/owner talks to people is uncalled for. He is very rude, and he doesnt have customer service skills at all. He thinks that he can say and talk to you any way he wants. And my company use to always order from here. but now we will no longer be ordering from this company will go some where eles for now on.

I recently ordered from this locations. I ordered a steak and cheese sub, and I have to say that it was not very good. The sub role was soggy, the steak tasted old, and the sub was not made the way I asked it to to be made. I can say that I will not ever get food from this location ever again

I have ordered from Pizza Time for over 5 years. The subs are good, the salads are great, Wings are awesome, the pizza tasted lovely too, Staff is friendly, their delivery is very prompt, highly recommend. I must say Pizza Time has wonderful Italian food! All the food is made fresh to order

I dont like to rip on businesses, however I feel like people should know what theyre paying for before they pay for it. The Pizza Time in Manassas sent us a horrible pepperoni pizza that was honestly below Little Ceasers quality. If you do decide to order from here, dont get a pizza.

The building is in a bad quality, but the food is great. The owner focuses on having great quality in his food. I talked to him once and he says people usually complaint about the prices, what people dont understand that good quality comes with fair decent prices.
