I ordered 2 pizzas and one of them was a vegetarian pizza and they gave me a MEAT LOVERS pizza. The EXACT opposite and on top of that it took over an hour to get here! I called back to get a fix, even willing to pay for it and they hung up on me 3 times! Went into the store and there was nothing but a line of angry customers cussing the staff out apparently no one at this location is capable of their job. I will never come back to this location ever again and everyone in that place needs to be fired, including management! Nothing but a bunch of high off of every drug in the book no good workers. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

I live 1.3 miles from the restaurant and it took them an hour to deliver my pizza at 5pm in the evening. When i opened the box it was warm...not hot. The driver told me he did his furthest deliveries first and did mine last because he could hit it on the way back to the restaurant. Convenient for him but not so convenient for me. Delivery drivers need to understand(if they want a tip)that they are delivering pizza, not furniture. People want hot food in a timely manner. Thats what i tip for. I dont tip for crappy service.

Highly dissatisfied. I Waited a 1hour&30min for a simple large pizza to be delivered less than 5min away from this location. I had to call the store to check in on the status of my order only to be hung up on three times. Last call I gave them my info and told them to cancel my order..reaponce was "ok" and they hung up. I will not be giving this business my money and strongly recommend eveyone i know to do the same. Roughly 40min later the delivery guy showed up.Told him the news and gave him a tip for his time.

Delivery was almost 20 mins late from the spefic time I was given. My house is only 6 mims away from the location. The driver did not seem concerned about being late when I asked him. My pizza and garlic knots(hard) were cold and I told the delivery driver that after feeling the box. I called and complained and the supervisor was nice at first then got very rude at the end of the call. I will not be ordering from this location again. First and last time Ill be ordering from here!

Very poor service. Was told pizza would be ready in 25min and i arrived 50mins later and pizza was nowhere to be found. Store employees seemed as if they were not concerned. Asked for money back and they would not until i made them call store manager. I will not go back to that location. All the poor ratings this store received where accurate. I waited 30 minutes at the store after the hour wait for my carryout order. Somehow my pizzas were cold after waiting 30 minutes for them to make it. My cookie pie was burned, also cold, and hard as a rock. I submitted a complaint via their website and tried to call the store, but they would not answer the phone. I have NEVER had a food experience this bad before.

Unbelievable... Ordered 3 pizzas cheese , pepp. And onion,mushroom.GP. and wings. Ordered in store.. WAITED OVER ANY HOUR. messed it up 3 times. Finally left with no pizza . They had at least seven people and a manager who Watched screw up after screw up and did nothing. Also no one was wearing food pre gloves . I will never go there again.

I am done with this pizza hut. Every time I order a pizza from this location, my pizza arrives to me COLD!!! I stopped ordering from this location for awhile, but as soon as I ordered my pizza it was COLD again. Pizza Hut has the most expensive menu out of all the pizza delivery companies, so why do I receive a cold pizza. Im done.

Called in pizza at 6:02 pm. Pizza still wasnt here at 7:24 pm. I was on the phone with them multiple times (even put on hold). The last straw was when they hung up in my face. I will never eat pizza Hut ever again. I will never give them my money. I will be going elsewhere.

Still EXTREMELY POOR service. Blasting music in the background. Waited over an hour for order placed online for pick up! Their only defense is that they are very busy. Will be going to Papa Johns from this point forward. Highly advise against this location!!!!!!!!!!!

Pizza was cold and "disfigured". Ordered delivery, pizza arrived 11/2 hours later jumbled in the box. Was told since the store was closed they couldnt remake it so we either didnt pay and they took it back or we pay and eat squished pizza........

Order arrived 20 minutes before set delivery time. Friendly delivery driver and overall great customer service. Called back to make sure the manager/supervisor knew how nice the delivery driver was and she was extremely nice as well.

The food varies here.It use to be really good but not so much anymore. The front of the store is extremely dirty the back of the computer you see, by the front door makes you wonder about the back.

The pizza here is pretty decent not gonna lie, but even though I live 5 minutes away it always takes the pizza longer than an hour to get here and the delivery drivers are not as nice as papa johns.

This is my preferred carry out Pizza Hut. The staff are very helpful and the pizzas taste great! If the order is right, they make sure you get what you order.
