I read reviews on most local places and most have the same theme, you will mostly find negative reviews on places. Less than often, will a good or positive review be posted. You will never be able to please everyone all of the time. The positive reviews call back for service to most of the places around town. Some of these reviews are from ex-employees and some are questionable. That being said there are negative reviews that are valid, they had bad management for years, going through different management. Seems like they have a level management team now, not hard to talk with, I wouldnt recommend trying to hold an hour conversation during a friday night. Do I like the food, yes, certain foods, not everything on anyones menu I care for. Just my opinion.

Food is ok, but service is HORRIBLE! My order is ALWAYS messed up! When I try to call in they never answer the phone. I placed an order online and it took 15 mins to do because the website does not work the way it should. Once it finally went through, it said itd take an hour to deliver. So I tried to pick it up they told me itd be ready in 10 mins 50 mins later Im STILL waiting!!! The last time I ordered they left my wings off from delivery. I called the store and they told me I was pretty much lying, but the delivery guy forgot to give them to me! No one is polite there and needless to say Id rather pay double for Papa Johns than to deal with this particular Pizza Hut. I will do business somewhere else from here on out!

I try not to be cruel, but this place is filled with low IQ folks. Ordered online for delivery using an egift card. The order never arrived. They claimed they couldnt find the house...but the delivery was about 4 minutes from them on a road with about a dozen houses. Not sure how they couldnt manage that. When I asked to refund the gift card they said theyd do it. 24 hrs later and it hasnt happened. I spoke to the manager who didnt seem too bright and now it could take at least 2 days to refund the gift card. Cant say Ill be giving them anymore of my business. I cant rate the food for the order because, well, I never got any food!

I really do not understand why they cannot get someone in this restaurant to be a manager. Literally just paid $20.00 for 2 slices of pizza and a half ass salad. This was the buffet night. Literally no pizza on the bar. Redtaurant full of people. One poor waitress running her butt off while getting complaints at the same time. I ask for the franchise number and they wouldnt give it to me. She said she would get the manager, but of course he never showed his face. Personally if I was him, I wouldnt either. This is the most poorly run restaurant I have ever seen.

I live about 5 miles from their location & planned to order a bunch of pizzas for a get together and after they took the order they decided to say they dont deliver to my area.....5 miles away (I would go get it if I didnt have guests over) but what kind of pizza place cant deliver 5 miles away! pretty pathetic ....I would not recommend this place to anyone who lives further then across the street from their location.

They dont even deliver, done in my book, what kind of pizza joint wont even bring you the pie. I mean what is that, how can one Pizza Hut deliver and another not. By the way, I have been in there once for the lunch buffet and they are continuously out of pizza on the buffet, you have to wait and then everyone lunges in to get some and then if you dont want to be part of that you wait again. Not really pleasant.

They forgot to give part of the order to us a couple weeks ago and said they would attach it to the number so we could have credit for it next time. Next time was tonight and they claim that they have no history of either number I have. Bull! You want to rip people off for $5 at a time? You guys at the Leland NC Pizza Hut are making a pretty penny stealing from others!

I just called to place an order and I had questions about the Big Family Box. The guy I spoke to was very rude and didnt want to answer my questions and continued to say to me.."are you ready to place your order". Then after I asked him for the third time, he hung up on me!!!! I cannot believe what just happened! I will NOT be ordering from this Pizza Hut again!

Sunday July 3, 2016 @ 5:45. Purchased two takeout pizzas. Grossly overcooked. Very dry and hard. worst pizzas Ive ever received from anywhere. Someone there is not paying attention. There are too many other pizza choices to choose this location as your destination. I would not have rated even one star if I could have left comments without entering one.

I went in there for the pizza buffet on a Thursday morning right as they opened. The pizza wasnt ready yet, so I went to look at the salad bar. The water that keeps the pizza hot underneath had dead bugs floating in it. I seen two different employees look at the water and they just put the food there anyway. Disgusting.

I dont know anyone who works at the Leland pizza hut ...but glad to see my presence upset someone...enough for me to be refused service...corporate apologized and is sending a gift card ...I feel sorry for the person who thinks your behavior is acceptable..bad management seems to be a theme in all these reviews...paula

Horrible service. No one ever came to the table to take drink orders after waiting 20 mins. For the lunch buffet they only make one pizza at a time and then everyone in the place runs up to grab a slice before anyone can get one for themselves because they know it will be another 15 mins before another pizza is made.

As a lot of reviews stated there is one person working the front. She was constantly buzy but horrible service? Come on its a buffet how much do you need? Didnt eat a sad but the pizza was good, only gripe was the pieces werent cut very well. The floor was carpet and needed a shampoo. Would I go back? Yes I would.

We were yelled as soon as we walked in stating we were to late for the buffet, we didnt come for the buffet, she was so ride, Jessica is her name. There was nothing on the salad bar, but we were charged for it anyway, the service was awful, she continued to yell at the customers as the came in, we will not be back.
