This place is horrible as is the other Rocky Mount location. The food is comparable to other places but the service is non existing. I eat here roughly once a month hoping the service will be different but it never is. I have also spoken with this manager on two occasions and while he is nice, nothing ever changes. One occasion had is waiting 30 for food, we asked why the wait when there was less than 10 customers and were instructed that they forgot to give our order to the cook; we also say with empty drinks that night. Another situation involved me and two coworkers during our lunch break. Me and another had our pizza delivered fast enough but the third coworker ordered a sandwich that had been given to another customer and it wasnt until 40 minutes that they brought out her sandwich. The most recent and most disturbing event was two days ago when my girlfriend, her two kids, he friend and friends kid decided to have lunch there. Both adults ordered hot soups that were cold and when raising an issue got the same soups handed back slightly warmer. Then the same waitress leaned over a customer in the Booth behind and spilled hot marinara sauce down her back ruining her clothes. Pizza Hut did give 25% off for the meal, reimbursement for the clothing, and a free meal. Pizza Hut offers a change from our local Pizza Inn, but sadly, neither location has ever gotten it truly right in the past 2 years or so.

I called in an order,when I pulled up to the window, the young lady said..."last name", I responded saying, good evening, how are you, she said fine, last name. I sat there for a moment, to give her a moment to think about the proper way to greet a customer, she closed the window and looked at me like she was dazed. She opened the window, I gave her my last name, she gave me the price, I then gave her my coupon and money. She then gave me our food and change, then she closed the window. No thank you, enjoy your meal, have a great day....like who was your trainer and your manager! I WILL NOT eat here again. You are in customer service, then serve the customer and do it with dignity, integrity and compassion. You dont have to go home with the customer treat them kind and get them out of your way!

This place is racist !!! Do not go here if youre Asian or Latino, because they will ignore you, and cater to the whites and blacks. And when you go ask them wheres the soda you ordered, they would act like they dont know that youve been seated in their restaurant and already eating. And to top it off, their food gave me a full days stomach ache. Its sad that, in this day and age, there are miscreants like these that are allowed to exist in our modern society. They need to be purged. What a joke.

the food was called in and waited for in the lobby still we were never told the order was ready, instead we had to request our food. the waitress that place our order walked past us several times never mentioning our order. then when we asked for ranch and garlic sause for the pizza and wings they charged us 54 cent a peice. im glad we live around to corner, because with the cold we wouldnt have been able to enjoy it with out having to warm it up ourselves. a lesson learned

They should not deserve our business, so they can learn customers respect. On other hand dominos pizza has batter service and THE BEST PRICE ever. you be the judge, CUSTOMER respect is matter.
