The pizza arrived in a much earlier time then expected which was great!! My problem is the delivery driver. When I did not answer the door fast enough for him he told me that I needed to install a doorbell because he did not have time to wait because he had other deliveries. I was taken aback by this abruptness and honestly I am taking the "TIME" to give "THEM" business. This has put a bad taste in my mouth and there are plenty of other really good pizza places right in the same area. I do not think Mellow Mushroom delivers but looks like I will be heading out to try a new place. Sorry Pizza Hut but you should value your customers more.

Knowing that this store usually closes at 11PM, I called today Jan 5, 2016 at 10:43PM and a very rude representative with an Indian voice answered with: "we closed already what you want?" Young man! I understand that you are anxious to go home but speaking that way and hanging up on customers are miles away from the excellent customer service that we customers expect from you. This is not only rude but also very disrespectful to a long time customer. I forgive you but managers, I believe some serious retraining is needed here.

Ordered online and their store told me it would be delivered at a certain time. They requested 50 minutes. So, I ordered my pizza. I called the store a few minutes ago and talked with Karen. I explained to her that their stores website said the pizza would be delivered in 50 minutes and I didnt want to get a cold pizza. She said OK. In 10 minutes, the man was here with my pizza. Very pleased. Btw, the pizza was not ordered during rush hours.

Recently placed on order through the website and it would not send, so it directed me to call the store. So I called, placed the order, gave my payment info, and was told it would take 45min. I called back after 90min to find out my order was never placed, even though the lady on the phone repeated my order accurately and took my credit card info. The manager did absolutely nothing. I plan on never ordering from this location again.

Consistently takes over an hour to get delivery and when it gets here its cold and and items are missing. Last time I ordered from this location they forgot the breadsticks and wings and the pizza was cold. I called and complained and got a credit of wings, breadsticks and a pizza. Now I order by phone and go pick it up. I love Pizza Hut and will continue to get my pizza there but no more delivery. when it gets here

The inside of this Pizza Hut is very old and dirty. They have Atari video games. ATARI. And the video game section is covered with dirt and spider webs. That shows how long its been since this place has been remodeled and cleaned. I dont think that area has been cleaned in years. I had to wait quite awhile to get my carryout order. The people were nice. Just slow and not big on change (or cleanliness).

Dont dine in here. The place is much prettier than it was before the renovation, and the wings are quite good, but it is very difficult to get hold of the server. It literally took 15 minutes to find her and get a check. Ill grant that she was the only person in the front part of the store. Therefore, just get take out.

Seriously? What the hell? How hard is it to put on effing topping? What do a bunch of retards work here or something. I ALWAYS have to srnd the pizza back because they forgrt some things, or its a completely different order. Congrats! You guys are officially the worst place i have ever dealt with.

Forgot extra items I ordered. Pizza came lukewarm, meh. Got the bacon stuffed crust and it was pretty bland with lots of bread, little "stuff". Cheese Breadsticks had a sprinkling of cheese and were cold when they arrived. Pizza Hut, you had fallen, but I didnt think it could get this bad.

Could hardly understand them,i hade to have them repeat themselves because of their poor English,complete rip off and the delivery guy demanded a 10 dollor tip so i ended up paying 50 dollars for 2 pepperoni pizzas and 24 boneless garlic wings i will never ever order from pizza hut again

Really bad service, waiting 45 minutes for my pizza and when I got it was not what I order had to wait another 45, and they are so clueless about it no sorry sure no will came back and I was with the kid the there were hungry , people were leaving the restaurant to see what bad service

The pizza here is great, but the service its really bad !!! Besides the bad service they literally force you to leave tip. I mean they need to be nicer. I felt like i couldnt ask for anything else because they looked angry. Chinese lady its really rude.

This is rating the Pizza Hut buffet. For 6.50 you get pizza pasta and bresdsticks, both regular and dessert. Great value for a quick lunch. Be prepared for a nap afterwards! They renovated recently and it looks much better and updated.

The worst Pizza Hut. Took two delivery trips over 2.5 hours and they still could not get the order right. They made no effort to make up for it. Food was cold too. Paizanos is much better.

It took over 20 minutes to receive drink refills. The food is a bit salty, so the refreshments would have helped ease the saltiness.
