I hope the reader does not misunderstand me when I am typing this: I find Chipotles food enjoyable from time to time, and I visit this particular establishment once a week, but I always receive the same experience. To start off, customer service is horrid; every employee seems rushed and does not consider the preparation of a meal for the diner. Toppings are thrown onto bowls, often resulting in messy food that do not signify what the menu promises. The manner in which meals are readied is unprofessional. During one of my visits, I ordered a bowl, and I informed the employees I intended to dine in; however, I was not given any tray to place my meal onto. I do not know why; perhaps they were out? My next visit I was offered a tray, which was clean, but not dry. I had to take time out of my lunch to dry the tray myself before finally eating my meal. You may think I am nitpicking, and to a certain degree I may be; but this factor ultimately nullifies the enjoyment of eating at Chipotle. Cashiers appear depressed and lack the energy to even smile when processing transactions. The tables and floor are disgusting. There are times where I cannot find a good place to sit due to the countless residue of food on the table. The food is good, but the manner the employees treat their customers and the restaurant environment itself needs to improve.

This was the worst visit to a Chipotle Ive ever had. To start, the dining area was really messy and all of the staff was either non-responsive or rude. It wasnt hard at all to tell that the female that made my burrito hated her job with her general attitude and lack of attention to my food - she dumped half of my burritos contents on the counter and I only got a portion of what I ordered. My wife then found a diamond ring on the floor under our table as we sat down, and as I turned it over to the cashier, who appeared to be the manager, I wasnt completely sure that it wasnt going to disappear before the rightful owner came looking for it. If my wife and I hadnt been craving the food so badly, we would have steered away and gone somewhere else. Excellent food, but avoid this location.

This location has been getting worse and worse with every visit. I live down the street and have always loved eating at Chipotle. However, it seems that with every visit there is something wrong with the place. My past two visits the guac served has been browning and the AC doesnt seem to be working. The employees are obviously sweating and have somewhat of an attitude as a result. Before that there was almost always a "missing cashier" and the employees were slothful. I wouldnt recommend this specific location, and would advise you take a detour to another chipotle if possible.

Ive never reviewed a restaurant online like this before, but this chipotle is the absolute worst. Every piece of chicken in my burrito was burnt—not blackened—straight up burnt. Came at normal dinner time and there was only one girl at the window and one at the register while it looked like the rest of their coworkers were on break, eating. Soda machine was down, trash was borderline overflowing, and womens restroom was messy and had no toilet paper.

Where is the management? Came here three days in a row, and every day the line was out the door because they ran out of beans and chicken and had to make more? Where is the management staff watching over quantities of food to ensure that the front line doesnt run out? Not to mention the floor and tables are quite dirty. Corporate needs to step in at this place. The one near my house is busier than this place, but always on top of things. What gives?

Sloppy work. They rush everything just to get through the line and sit on their ass and yell at other employees about their perfprmance and yet their own performance is less then pleasing. They throw your food together with no regard to what you might expect from a Chipotle who charges about $8 for your food. They have no respect, no talent, and no reason to call themselves a restaurateur.

Food is decent but not as good as other locations and it is obviously managed poorly. None of the staff ever look like they know what they are or should be doing, which makes service very slow. The dining area is always dirty and I have noticed many things broken, including the cabinets at the drink station and many of the chairs. Sad that this is the closest location to my house.

Great food, great price. Its americanized mexican food but super tasty and you get a lot for $6-7. They try to do the whole organic thing, which Im not opposed to or anything. I just go because the foods so good. Lines were a bit long during lunch time... though what else should I expect from a good tasting restaurant?

It seems Chipotles quality has been decreasing a lot over the past few years. Lower quality, bland ingredients. And the staff, at least at this location, cannot wrap a burrito (even with a modest amount of filling). I wont be going to Chipotle anytime soon. At this point, its not significantly better than Taco Bell.

Showed up for lunch with three other guys. We stood in a non-moving line for 10 minutes while the staff filled about 20-30 call in orders. They had no problem watching our business walk right out the door. Chipotle should make it clear that call in business gets first priority. Will not return to this location.

I second and third the early comments. very dirty, did I mention that the whole dining area was dirty. my 9 year old didnt want to eat at this location. good food but ovoid this location until they get some management that cares about their customers enough to keep the dining area clean.

Slow service; I was third in line still 25 minutes wait. Cashier super rude. Not a good place for vegetarian as they dont change gloves after touching meat. Grill is super greasy, meat/sauce fall in vegetables they just clean it instead of changing it (No concern about vegetarians)

This Chipotle is the best in this local area. I live near here and pass two Chipotles to reach this location. Their food is the best out of any of the other stores, you get larger portions, and the staff is nice. This place fully deserves a 5 star rating for the cost of the food.

This is the worst chipotle ever. The meat is burnt, the beans are dried out, and the service is slow!!! Everytime I come here I end up waiting in line for 15 min plus. Oh, and the skimp you on the guac. All bad. Really wish there was a closer one because I really love chipotle

This location is so slow. 35 minute wait today and I asked for little lettuce and the lady piles it on like Im a rabbit or something, then the cashier walked away randomly making me wait a few more minutes. Then they were out of fountain drinks. Terrible

The store is rapidly getting worst in all fronts--cleaness, rudeness, smaller portions of proteins (e.g. Chicken) and overall customer service. I also think management are to blame on here. I am going to the Westfield store here onward
