I order from here all the time!!! And normally I receive perfect food.... but today was just NOT one for those days.... I order a Blueberry Bagel with plain cream cheese.... sliced and toasted.... now when I got home to reheat it I pull the bagel out of the bag and much to my surprise it was BURNT lol so I said well I can just scrape the burnt part off of it and it will be just fine.... then as I open it up guess what else I notice???? There literally NO blueberrys like normal I could actually count how many blueberrys were on the bagel a total of 4 on the outside of it on top but the inside lol none at all..... tasted like a plain bagel with nothing in it.... now my issue is that I didnt get what I ordered and when you really have your tastebuds set on something and for you NOT to get what you ordered on top of it being burnt Im very disappointed!!!

So tired of panera getting away with the portion sizes delivered compared to promised. Almost every to-go item is delivered smaller (soups and sides especially). When I get peanut butter it never fails to come out less than half the promised portion for an already absurd price. Im tired of having to ask them to add more of items. These things should be delivered as promised the first time. It has happened to me at many locations, this one included. Price to portion ratio is criminal! Would like to add That I am stating nothing against taste or quality (which are always up to par), only price and portion. Not sure if this is just lazy underpaid staff or training or corporate guidelines in general, but I know I am not the only one that feels this way.

I went here with my roommate 5 minutes before close and he and I felt really guilty about it so he and I asked the cashier named Christy that was eager to help if it was too late to get food because we understood considering we work in the food industry as well, but she was incredibly reassuring that it was absolutely fine and made us feel very welcome and happy he and I went there. Christy made our experience amazing and the staff preparing our food also were very courteous in saying there goodbyes and thank yous. He and I had an amazing experience and everything came out right and yummy when we went home to enjoy it. Best Panera Bread in this area in both our opinion.

OMG. Panera delivers the best service and has an awesome delivery driver. Robert was beyond nice and remembered that the last time I ordered I was sick. I was shocked that he remembered. Decent customer service is overlooked by most companies. Panera takes it a step further and delivers excellent customer service. There was an oversight on my order I called and they handled everything. Whenever I receive decent customer service Im shocked, but Ive NEVER been disappointed with Panera. Robert you are they absolute BEST.

This is one of the newer Panera Bread locations in the area. It has wifi and outlets on the seats or table area nearby. No need to worry about your computer, phone, or tablet losing battery power. Feel free to work while enjoying breakfast, lunch or dinner at Panera Bread. Dont forget that youre able to order online or via the Panera Bread app and pick up your meal of you dont want to dine in.

The location is a little awkward. If youre coming from the wrong side of the intersection, youll have to make a u-turn to get in and probably one to get back the way you came. The food is a little better than what you would expect from a Subway or other sandwich chain, but the portions are smaller.

Terrible. Worst Panera in town. I was sick and ordered delivery online. After an hr. wait I called and asked where my order was. They said they had it down for take out not delivery and absolutely refused to delivery it. The manager wouldnt even get on the phone to rectify the problem.

It lives up to the general Panera standard, comfortable layout and good food. Prices are a tad up there but its quality food at the same time. They now have touch screen kiosks to order from and will bring the food out to you.

Ive been here around 20 times. Never had a problem with the food or the staff. When doing take out they never forgot anything or got the order wrong. Take it from me, this place is well-run and high quality.

Excellent coffee and espresso drinks. Great bagels. Very good lunchtime salads and sandwiches. Friendly and fast service too. Nice location that can get busy, but they push through it with a smile.
