Very disappointing, they dont care about their guests. I ordered double mushroom chicken and there was none available. I was happy to wait the 6 minutes they told me it would take to get more. After waiting 15 minutes I became concerned. My wife had already eaten her lunch and I still hadnt even seen mine. I went and checked with the staff and they hadnt even started cooking the mushroom chicken yet. They told me another 6 minutes. I did not want to wait anymore out of frustration so I asked for my money back. I did receive a refund, but they didnt even seem to care one little bit. Ive had bad experiences here too often, and unfortunately will not return.

This place is... Fine -- pretty much exactly what I was expecting. If you go to Panda Express without the mentality of "I just chose to eat 100% Americanized fast food Chinese food," you wont be disappointed. I got teriyaki chicken, broccoli beef, chow mein, and fried rice. All four were mediocre: nothing was great, but nothing was bad. 7 some dollars for a plate of food sounded pricey, but I ate almost exactly half of it for lunch. The building is clean; the bathroom is fairly clean. Also I got two fortunes in my cookie, which I was pretty stoked about.

I was walking to the entrance near an employee who reeked of weed, I was probably a good 10 feet away from her and it was very strong. I have no problem with what people choose to do on their spare time, but when you are at your place of business it is completely unprofessional to have a very strong odor of weed. Also they were out of the dish that I had a promo for so I never actually got to try the food. Probably wont be back though, it wasnt a very good first impression of the company for me.

Shifty service and guy legitimately argued with me for like 5 minutes over my order...we ordered a plate and a bigger plate he charged us for 2 bigger plates and gave me wrong food and preceded to try and make me look stupid and tell me I was wrong ...I will never go here again ..I have never left a restraint so angry and flustered in my life,. I just got fed up with arguing with him told him he was a sorry excuse for skin and left....Horrible service

Ive been sitting im the parking lot for twenty minutes waiting for my food...i went through the drive thru and he asked us to pull off and wait but there was no time frame given. When he finally showed up with the food there was no apology for the wait. I payed $33 for my food and the prices are way too high for such poor service. This isnt the first second or third issue Ive had at this location. I will NOT be returning. Fast food my ass.

When I go there on my lunch break I have to wait at least 15 to 20 minutes for the food to get ready I go and I eat there three times a week and each time the food taste different I get the same thing some cooks are better than others some portions are better than other they should have a regular portion size but each time some of the workers are not very polite

Chicken was not of great cut nor quality. Rice was overcooked while vegetables undercooked. Service was quite slow and disorganised at a not so busy time during my visit . Cleanliness clearly isnt something strived for in the restaurant as it wasnt well maintained. Unfortunately the highlight of my visit to this location was my soda and getting ready to leave.

I brought my mother here for the first time being as I love this place I always go to the one on Hull street... people are very friendly restaurant a complete disaster had to sit at the handicap tables due to there being no tables cleaned..... sat through our entire meal the tables still not clean food great.... restaurant cleanliness completely unacceptable!!

The food is great, the customer service is fine, but holy crap, that "WELCOME TO PANDA EXPRESS, WOULD YOU LIKE TO TRY OUR NEW GENERAL TSO CHICKEN? ITS SOOOOOOO GOOD!!!!" recording in the drive-thru is annoying as hell. Whoever came up with the idea to put that as their greeting in the drive-thru should be demoted immediately.

We tried the orange chicken with veggies and the Beijing beef. The vegetables were nice and crisp and the chicken and beef were also cooked well. but the glaze / sauce on the chicken and beef was extremely sweet and tasted like candied meat. maybe its just Americanized but its really not my favorite.

The food is always fresh and portioned well. They would have received 5 stars but every time my team comes here at least 4 soda fountains are down and the staff seems clueless on how to fix it or just lazy. It seams to me that switching out a soda bag for a customer is a small task.

Fast service when I use the drive thru after work. It does tend to get busy inside but nevertheless they still deliver quality food. I always order the Teriyaki Chicken/Orange Chicken/Fried Rice combo in case you dont know what to try out for the first time.

I went during rush hour and got my food at a respectable wait time, best place for generic Asian American food, service wasnt too shabby, place is somewhat clean with outside eating area I often go here after work and fairly cheap for portion

Well was in the area and decided to try Panda Express. Yum, the food was good the service was friendly and fast. They have a very nice modern eating area in this restaurant. I definitely will go back, and recommend if you are in the area.

Worst service ever. There was no one there, but long wait anyway. Gave us one price then charged us another. Then when we got home we found they had given us the wrong order. Went back to exchange and they responded "we dont do that."
