I have been an employee at CFA in 3 different locations doing customer service for a couple of years, a Marketing Director at one location for a year. I have Entertained for their Family Fun Nights for over 14 years at several of the Richmond CFAs. I truly love the Customer Service of making every customer happy, Always Great Food/ you can visit their kitchen / if you arent satisfied they make it right. The wonderful families that comes to CFA are always so polite and kind. My experience with the CFAs in the Richmond Area has been so amazing, we could give out free food for families in need, someone having a tough day or a family member in the hospital. When I went to entertain with the homeless or Military Families that a love one was away CFA donated the meals for the families- or Fund Raisers for Charities. Thank you CFA for continuing to be caring and giving to our communities. Miss Sheri

Poor Customer service. I have never known a Chick-fil-A not to honor a complimentary coupon they handed out that had no expiration date because apparently the new ones now have a bar code. Then the guy tells me that he needed to take it from me but he would be nice and allow me to keep it JUST in case another Chick-fil-a would honor it?? I am very disappointed in how this was handled. The manager heard our conversation and simply walked away. No acknowledgement no apology. I will not return to the Stafford Hill Chick fil a because of their poor Customer service skills.

We were visiting Richmond on 10-22 for a medical appointment at Va. Eye Inst. Afterward, we just wanted to have a good meal and be on our way. We LOVE Chick-fil-A anyhow, so we selected it on our GPS. What a GREAT decision!! This Chick-fil-A is superb. Great food, terrific, helpful, courteous people, and we encountered the manager also, who was really nice. Our stop there took some of the pain out of our medical stop. I have always enjoyed Chick-fil-A. I continue to go whenever I have a chance. However, the food quality of the chicken is not good at this location. Ive tried to give it several chances, breakfast lunch and dinner. Every chicken sandwich Ive eaten here is greasy and of low quality. I have not had this issue at any other Chick-fil-A in the area. The customer service has always been good but it comes down to the quality of the food. If its not good, Im not coming back anymore.

Love this Chick-Fil-A! They have the best customer service in the Richmond area, even during peak times they handle their business efficiently and with a smile :) I love how quickly they have adapted to and integrated the mobile pick-up system with the Chick-Fil-A app into their business model, it works every time for a quick pick-up using the app and Ive been very impressed with their service!

Its a hit or miss with this place. Either they are kinda rude and forget things in your order (which has happened several times)... KEEP UP WITH YOUR RECEIPT!! Ive had them forget things in my order and not refund me or give me my sandwich because i couldnt provide a receipt. Even though I was just there... Or they are very pleasant and always on point. Long lines each time you go.

I used to always have a great experience, very friendly quick. However, the last few times going, the cashiers were rude. Today, they were talking about other guests as I pulled up. My order was wrong, items were left off and the food was practically thrown at me through the window. I try not to frequent this location, because of the service given now.

Ive never had bad service here and Ive never had bad food. The drive thru is always long so we always go in and get to go, and we have our food within 5 minutes! Best in RVA by far!
