Very very unclean. The restrooms where disgusting, there was a large puddle of urine that was about half dried up going across the floor. The kids area was filthy, there was black dirt caked on the padded poles, there was dust piled up in the corners, there where ants and flies crawling on the walls and filing thru the air. The baby set looked as if it would start to mold in a day or two. As a customer, I think if the part I can see are this dirty what does the kitchen look like that I can not? What make it all better is that I told the manger, or the person claiming to be the manger(no name tags and a few not even in BK uniform), she turned and told someone in the kitchen to go clean the bathroom and then went back to work. Not a care in the world that the restaurant she was in charge of was at a third world country level of cleanliness. This make it even better, 10 minutes later the restroom still had the same large puddle of urine but at least it was dried up a little more. My food was mushy and I felt like I had to puke for about 2 hours after I ate it.

Sunita, lady taking orders at drive thru, is absolutely rude! Dont know if its a language barrier and only knows a few words and/or she cant hear but just drove thru to order (and if I hadnt been starving and not out of town so didnt feel like fighting traffic in a not so familiar area), I wouldve driven off and gone somewhere else! Then to get my food, pull away and realize I had no straw! Not very happy! Only gave them a 3 because the food was what i ordered. Thing is every fast food chain is different in different parts of the nation! We live in Alabama! Lots of the restaurants are franchise owned so not everyone serves the same thing! So I asked a question as soon as I pulled up and sunita was Extremely rude and had absolutely no customer service! She should be a janitor if anything at a fast food place!

I had just picked up my son from his grandmothers house and since he did not have dinner yet i asked him what he wanted. My son wanted to go to Burger King, this one on route 28 in Centreville is close to my house. so when we pulled up to the drive thru to order his cheeseburger kids meal and a 4 piece chicken tenders. when we got home his order was wrong, he got the kids meal box and the surprise they have inside but as for the food all we got was fries and a side of jalapenos. lets just say if you cant get a kids meal right whats the point, needless to say I wont be going back.

Let me just tell you, this is without a DOUBT the best Burger King Ive ever been to. The employees were friendly and speedy and actually seemed to care about my life and order. And the food was on point. Ive never had a burger juicier or fries more delectable. It sated my appetite and was very rewarding in my stomach. I can assure you that I will be back, and often. FFC Burger King is the best!

Literally the coolest free indoor playground ever. We drive an hour just to come play here for a special treat. The climbing tunnels have more than 5 levels. Its so huge you CAN get lost. Strangely half of it is closed off. I wish I could get to the other half, but the employees have no information. Strange. Still fun amazing huge and usually uncrowded. Come with your kids to play.

My mom and i used to choose burguer king instead of mc donalds until last time. We wanted two number one but there was not beef meat so we chose two grilled chicken sandwiches. The sandwiches looked nasty and tasted even worse. Not going to bk again..

Literally only have been here 1 time, and my experience was kind of good. The food isnt bad, has lots of space. Cool place, recommend the McDonalds across the street though if youre looking for a family night out place.

Went on an early Friday evening. Service in the drive thru was slow. The food served was cold. The order was incorrect and one order of fries was missing. Given the myriad of choices, we wont be back again.

Not as clean as the McDonalds across the street. Never have decaf coffee. The play area is massive (3 stories), but its usually full of older kids who arent so well behaved.
