We went for the seasonal scary face pancakes, but even though IHOP advertising online and in person (right there on the table) says they should be offering them all of October, they looked at me like I was crazy for asking for it. "Oh no, those are for Halloween. Come back on the actual day. Then they will be free". Free or not, my 3 year old was not pleased to hear this, after I had promised her some fun pancakes just like the picture. Luckily, she settled for the regular face pancake from the kids menu, and all in all it turned out OK, but very disappointing.

This IHOP is literally the best thing ever, the people who work here are so sweet and their pancakes are heaven. Most drinks come with free refills and the prices arent too extreme. The restaurant is usually crowded in the morning and for the rest of the day its 3/4 empty (except at night during the school year when teens flock to the 24hr restaurants). Concerning my experience, all of the tables and chairs were clean. Slighlty water stained silverware but thats not uncommon at most restaurants. Bathrooms are clean.

The service during the morning is ok. But the service sucks for take out in the evening. I ordered omelets.They were loose ,runny and thrown together very sloppily. Not to mention the added wrong toppings that i got twice. I bought them back only to hear the manager yelling in the back and grossly starring me down when she came charging to the front as if she was upset that i was not satisfied. She was rude and unprofessional. However the waiter and the casheir were nice.

Okay place to get breakfast if you have to. I would go at night. The floor was filthy and there was a mop leaning on our booth when the waitress sat us down. We ordered omelets, mine was egg white and it was a lot smaller than the normal egg omelet, nearly 50%. Our server was very attentive, but it really doesnt match up to a 12 dollar omelet. I would recommend any other restaurant local, where you can serve 2 for the same price.

I live literally 5 mins away they told me 10 min I got there and wasnt assisted immediately instead a flock of servers and such stood by kiosk while looking at me but did nothing someone else came a Asian girl and she was nice and helpful but got my food again 5 mins away and its cold! The bacon is cold the waffle looks soggy like its been there and the eggs were cold and didnt have the cheese I asked for ugh really?!

I was not happy about the service it took too long to bring the food out and also to bring the bill. coffee was terrible and the waitress said bring a new one and never came back with the coffee until a waitresses ask if everything were okay and my wife mentioned about the coffee then she brought it up right away I will never go back to that place again

My body is working on a different time schedule these days. I really wanted to get some work done and get some breakfast food and tried this IHOP. The food was great (they have smoke sausage - sweet). The staff looked tired, but were very nice. I got my food fast and am actually still sitting here drinking coffee as I am writing this. Recommended.

Recently went in on a Wednesday. Service was fine. Some of the utensils were dirty, and the to go box was also dirty, but the food was good. I had to get the to go box replaced. And people, believe these review. No one has anything to gain for bashing these restaurants. If anything, theyre an embarrassment to this town.

long wait. they dont take your name they give you a piece of paper with a name like Batman, superman, tiger woods really how juvenile not to mention degrading. old seats that hurt your rear end. booth seat back that is falling apart and hit you in the back when people are sitting behind you. what a dump.

They are skimping on their portions. Fruit compote on my pancakes is usually a nice big portion. Got 3 peach slices this time. And the waitresses must be getting told not to write three orders down but instead memorize it. She messed up my order and the tables next to me. Very friendly though.

Nothing like eating while someone is mopping right next to you and u get to smell dirty mop water..this handicap lady had to have someone help her walk Bc the floor was extremely wet her cane kept sliding.. Other than that Its hit or miss the food is not that good but the waitress is great

The place is clean. The staff are warm and friendly. The manager frequently checks to make sure everybody is taken care of. The food is well prepared and the portions are generous. Ive yet to try anything that wasnt delicious. The prices are reasonable. Highly recommended.

Service is friendly and consistent and WE go every week! People who are drunk and posting reviews should not be trusted! The only poor behaviour I see there are the late night drunkards giving the staff a hard time and being loud! They only thing needed are more menu options..

My food was cold, eggs were uncooked, and the food which was so terribly made, took a solid 30 minutes. I ordered strawberry banana pancakes, turns out no bananas what so ever. I was mad. I wanted my bananas. Even found a chicken bone in my hashbrowns. -100/0 would not smash

Breakfast at IHOP is my favorite thing on the weekends and even though the service is not the best, I know some of the wait staff that do a great job. My favorite item is big steak omelette, even though I will always end carrying half of it out.

Worst Ihop ever. The food took soooooo long to come out. Waiters seemed like they didnt like their jobs and the food wasnt that good either. Never coming back again and I highly recommend not to come here for those whos thinking of coming.

This was my first time ordering IHop To Go and I call 20 mins before coming and when I got here I still had to waiting for someone to help me and a few more mins for my food. There was hardly anyone here at the restaurant.

Great service but food was not the same pancake was over cooked ( what your famous for) syrup was watered down to the point of inedible bacon was on the verge of raw sausage and ham was on point would not eat here again
