I cant even describe how horrible the service was. It was so bad, I never even got to the food part! I waited in the drive through for around 20 minutes. I finally get to the box to order, and no one seemed to be there. After 5-10 min, I started to wonder if the box was down and if we needed to order at the window. So, I drive to the window and it was another 5 minutes before someone came to the window. When I asked him if I could order here, because no one came to the box, he said "No, next customer please." So to sum up, waited at least a half hour and never even got to place an order. Theres another Burger King not 3 minutes up the road, across the street from Montgomery College. The service is so much better (and by better I mean it actually exists!) Go there instead!

Service: Above Average Cleanliness: Above Average Value: Average*: Food: BELOW Average *Fries and Rings were not crispy even though they were fresh out of the fryer. *Whoppers - Were cold and seemingly under cooked. Overall- Germantown has 2 "Self Ordering" Kiosks, offering a 5% discount if you choose to use them, in our experience using the Kiosk is faster than a real person (for standard orders) customizations are possible and add time to the process. We stopped here to use the restrooms, since they and the store were clean and lured by the tempting smell of "Trans Fat Free" Fresh fried French Fries we decided to eat here. Next time we will stop at a different fast food restaurant.

At the lunch hour, there are only 2 people working, one who apparently did not speak English as the other one has to translate to her. Two people to cook, serve the drive through and run the front counter. They have those kiosks to place your order and pay with credit card. If you pay with cash, the person cooking has to stop and come make change. Took way too long to get our order and it was not correct. Not going back!

The food of course is wonderful. HOWEVER, their customer service is what will lose customers. They messed up my order so many times and they can never own up to their mistake even though it is clearly stated on the receipt. Thats just the drive thru service. The employees are even worse when you go in. They remodeled everything except the employees attitude. Im starting to remember why I stopped going to that location.

One week the cream was curdled in my coffee. I took a pic and they gave me a new one. The next week they gave me a cold coffee. No way to take a pic of cold( a train to catch). They would not give me a new the next day. So they are calling me a liar, in my mind, and are willing to forgo my business forever for a cup of coffee. Poor managerial decision.

I order my food and as soon as pull up they apprerintly were out! So no problem I asked for something else that I remember from the menu they were out too!! The girl told me to drive around again and stay in line !!! Not mentioning that I was stuck behind all the cars in the front of me!! The worst never again

I ordered online and did not received all I ordered and now I can not get anyone o the phone I spend a lot of money at bk by that sure will end today. The driver was also very rude. Never ever again and I spent over 200 a month because of my family size but never again

Ordered bk delivery. Half of it was missing. Another sandwich was wrong and included ingredients the recipient was allergic too. After 45 mins of calling the restaurant and never having anyone pick up the phone we gave up. Never again. There goes my birthday dinner.
