HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. There were no customers in the store, three people behind the counter and one cleaning tables. I told the person that takes orders exactly what I wanted, including the kind of bagel. He rang it in and then said, "on what kind of bagel?" He also entered "no side" on the register, failing to mention that my order comes with a side (which I wanted). I went down to the cash register and I stood there for about two minutes before someone came to take my money, and they failed to give me my drink cup without me asking for it. Then I went and filled my drink, sat at a table and waited. And waited. And WAITED, until I finally went to the front to see where my order was and they were just barely putting it in the oven, all while one co-worker told the other co-worker about a dream she had last night. I dont understand why, when there are no customers in the store and three employees behind the counter, I had to wait over five minutes for my meal to go in the oven. I PUT PANTS ON FOR THIS?! This was my first time at this location and it was horrible.

We were pleasantly surprised to see there was no line that morning. Ordered a bagel with cream cheese and egg, plus a frappuccino. Simple, straightforward order. When I received the food, there was no cream cheese in the bagel, just the egg. The frappuccino was just coffee blended with ice. No whipped cream, no caramel sauce... When we brought that to their attention, there was no apology. They just handed us some cream cheese in a small cup so we can add it ourselves to the sandwich. About the coffee, they said they ran out of whipped cream, Sooo....it is OK to charge me full price but not warn me that you will not provide what I ordered and paid for? There was no apology, no offer to refund part of the charge, no credit...And that terrible service at a time when they did not have other customers, there was no line, they were not busy. We were very disappointed, and will not return.

Today was the tipping point. Ive been here several times and service is always spotty. Its too bad they closed the one in Herndon because that was probably the best one. This place is not only dirty, the staff are rude, and do not do their jobs. Constantly on breaks or goofing off. I got half a sliver of smoked salmon on my lox bagel once. Came back today to get the most disgusting bagel I have ever seen. My bagel looks like its been living in the dumpster the last 3 days and my husbands looks nearly as bad. Please serve food that is actually up to code! I had to throw out my bagel because I was too scared to eat it.

This place is terrible! We only come here for my kids bagels. Service with a growl, unpleasant staff is very slow and disorganized. Staff seems annoyed when customers dont immediately realize that they have reversed their pick up and order windows. Seems like they are always changing processes, but the end result is the same, slow, unpleasant service and disappointing quality. In addition, they often do not have speciality bagels listed on the menu. Cant Reston get a real bagel shop? Maybe some competition in town would get them to care more about quality or drive them out if business.

I love their bagels, but on busy mornings you guys need to maybe add more staff members to get through the line quickly. I love your bagels and cream cheese. I use to go to Herndon branch by the Elden Street for years. However, I just moved to Reston and started going to this branch for a month now... same great taste and good service. If you guys be little more quick to get rid of the morning rush quicker, I would definitely had give 4 stars rating because bagels are fresh and delicious!! Please motivate your staff to provide quick customer service!!

My wife and I used to love getting breakfast from here but it has just gotten worse each visit recently. Today was the last straw. I got 2 bagel egg sandwiches to go and they were inedible and just plain gross. The bagels wwre soggy, egg was greasy, cheese was brown and hard. Mine did not even have bacon (bacon, egg and cheesr) and my wifes had no mushrooms (mushroom, spinach, swiss). We will not be back, place is awful and not worth the $10+ I just wasted.

The staff here are very slow to respond to the customers in line trying to order. There was visible trash on the tables and floor. It seems that they dont utilize their employees to turnover the seating area when guests leave. Thankfully, they were redeemed by their outstanding bagel sandwiches.

Slow and inadequate Customer service. Not only did the employees have little sense of urgency, but not one of the seemed to know what was going on. Average tasting food, despite the fact that my very simple order was wrong (plain bagel sandwich, no egg). I will not be returning.

Worst customer service ever. They seemed to have no idea what they were doing. We left without buying bagels because they allowed only one customer to order at a time, and a couple held up the line for 10 minutes, while the remaining employees stood around idle.

The girl working the register was uninterested in being there and didnt even greet me as I walked in and made eye contact. The sandwich I ordered was just okay. Ill probably go back to the Fairfax location to get my favorite breakfast sandwich.

Cold brew doesnt taste very good and bagel breakfast sandwich was cold when I got it. Bagels were ok and the smear is good as always. Staff was attentive and quick even though they were already out of cold brew at 9am.

Ordered bagels and boxes of coffee and tea 2 days in advance. Got there in the morning on time but took them forever and convinietly forgot to provide many items. Very poor service with bad attitude! Never going again.

Ordered three bagels and only got two. My bad I didnt took copy of receipt. Not a big deal, ordered once again but the morning was spoiled and my child was frustrated waiting extra 15 minutes for his nutella bagel :(

Einsteins is always good go to breakfast place. I sometimes order two dozen bagels for work and they have them ready to be picked up. I wish they didnt close the one in Herndon!

Customer service was very poor, even on a slow rainy day the service was minimal and my bagel sandwich was cold. Bathrooms are not well maintained.
