I ordered 3 sandwiches and none of them were made right. I ordered a Bacon Double Cheeseburger w/ mayo, mustard and onion. I first got a hamburger w/ only ketchup. I asked for them to fix it and I got yet another hamburger w/ one slice of bacon (one hamburger, patty no cheese, plain and nothing like a Bacon Double Cheeseburger). I ordered a Double Whopper w/ only heavy onion and got a single w/ everything. I asked for them to fix it and got another single whopper with everything. I ordered a single Whopper w/ no tomato and got one w/ ONLY tomato. I asked them to fix it and got a whopper with with everything AND tomato. I then asked for the manager so as to get the sandwiches corrected after 2 tries with the employees but the manager would not make the effort to assist me. I work at a nearby office building and have heard many complaints about this Burger King location. I should have listened and not gone there. I wont be making this mistake again. It was as though the employees and manager were intentionally screwing up my order and did not care at all to make it right. I left after nearly 45 minutes when it was clear I was being ignored by the manager following the 2 attempts to fix the sandwiches with ZERO sandwiches even resembling what I ordered.

I dont normally review fast food restaurants, but I feel as though I need to share the experience I had here the last two days. Basically my husband and I went to BK for dinner and I ordered a #10. When I got home, I realized that I was given a #9 instead although we were charged for a #10. The difference being that a #9 is plain chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato and a #10 has bacon and cheese. I contacted the restaurant and spoke with the manager Kevin on the phone. He apologized for the mistake and asked me to come back as soon as possible to get the correct sandwich. So I came back the next day and he apologized again for the error and gave me the correct sandwich. I know it seems like a small thing, but I just want to say that I greatly appreciated Kevins demeanor and professionalism in handling my issue. I can tell that he will go on to do great things in his career just based on how he treated someone with an issue as minor as mine. Keep up the good work, Kevin and Burger King!

Burger and fries were delicious... And the ladies who took my order her name was Francia, she was very friendly and just a sweetheart, we ordered 2 bacon and cheese whopper one without onions one with onions, both had onions, no ketchup in the dispenser, so my wife wamentbto the cash point and the lady who seemed the manager or supervisor was so stressed we have no idea for what reason told my wife to wait, that she was busy at the moment,... Hog long would it take to hand 2 packs of ketchup to a costumer? We dont normally visit this location because we dont live to close, but this time was a disappointment when it comes to costumer service from that lady, what a mess for burger king serving so delicious burgers with so bad costumer service personal...

I wish I could give this place a nega star or even no star but couldnt oh well. This was my first time ive been to this Burger King site and the first thing I order was two Rodeo Cheeseburger after a second or two I realized what I said and wanted to change the order to just a Rodeo burger without the cheese... The cashier rolled her eyes and let out a big sigh at for changing my order? Needless to say I will not be returning back to this Burger King. P.S. I was there with my friend, after my friend had received his order he asked for some sauce the cashier then rolled her eyes and let out a big sigh again.

I just came back from this burger king after working a long day to eat. I ordered a few things for family. 10 Piece chicken nuggets, Cheese burger, 2 small fries, and cinnamon rolls. I had a coupon for the cinnamon rolls, 2 for a dollar. And when i finished paying i drove to the next window and the guy handed me the bag and i asked is it all in there? He says yes. Then i pull away and check the bag to find out there was no receipt or cinnamon rolls. They would not refund me or give my coupon back when i asked them for my refund of my coupon. They didnt even give me cinnamon rolls.

Food is stale. The bun for my burger was so stale it was crumbling apart. Service sucks. When I asked for sauce for my chicken nuggets the manager gave me one sauce. When I asked for more she yelled and said they were extra. The mailman behind me asked for ketchup packets and she threw a handful on the counter. He said they were extremely sticky and asked for different ones. She huffed and puffed and threw more at him. He told her to calm down and she snapped back at him to take them and go. Extremely rude service and stale food is the reason Ill never go back.

Im very unhappy with the food and quailty its warm and not freshly made my baby 2yrs old didnt want to eat his chicken fries because they were dry and cold like come on granted I know it fast food but put some more love into this buisness it Burger king not only that but my 2 bacon cheese burgers were dry and they only gave me 1 bacon and 1 pickle smh when I called they left me on the phone and than hung up and didnt pick up the phone when I called back this is ridiculous!!!!!!

I ordered from the drive-thru. When I got home and opened the apple pie, there was a large greenish/white circular object on the crust. It was mold. That makes me wonder how old that apple pie was and how long it was sitting out in the Burger King kitchen. Ive eaten fast food for decades. Never have I received fast food that hold mold on it...until today.

My food was OK, but I didnt like the way the lady was talking to customers, I have worked in the past for this company , and I have never seen someone talking to customers like that , maybe she is stress out , but never the less , if a customer ask for a chicken burger , they should give it to him instead of saying we dont sell that.

Lauran from the night crew was very snippy and rude through the drive thru. She was impatient and said that they were out of mix for the smoothie. I am 50% sure that she simply didnt want to clean the machine. I am very unimpressed by her actions. The food tasted good though and the sprite was well carbonated with good flavor.

Good customer service. Great managers. But I do have to say, my breakfast sandwich was slightly dry on top, perhaps from sitting under lamp. Very nice people and generally the food is fresh. There is an older Spanish lady, stay away, she is always in a bad mood! Coffee was terrible today

“A Burger King, what could go wrong?” Place looks dirty, but we went for take-out, so we didnt have to sit down. Salad with chicken was a joke. Small piece of chicken and one half slice of tomato. Take your business elsewhere.
