The food here is very generic, there are no staple items that make Glory Days, Glory Days. Its just another etch in the food industry. The beer is often flat and the beer selection was designed for the locals who spend their afternoons here. Theyre not making any attempts to bring in new business. This past weekend my friends and I got a pitcher of beer. There were no bubbles in the pitcher when it arrived at our table. We took a few tiny sips anyway and it sure was flat. We called our server over and explained the situation. She returned moments later after speaking with management and proceeded to inform us that the keg system isnt holding pressure. It was obvious at this point that management knew that this was an issue and served flat beer anyway. Also, There are too many children in this place after 8pm, for the sports bar setting Im not sure why you would bring small children here anyway.

Cons: We have yet to go there and have them get our order right or cook the food with any consistency. I guess thats part of their magic; theres always some new surprise to turn your stomach or aggravate you into another pint of luke-warm beer in a dirty glass. How many times can you go somewhere and have them bring your entree at the same time or before your appetizers show up? With us its every time. Pros: This place is right around the corner, which makes it convenient and probably the only reason we go there. My kids like it because of all the TVs. On rare occasions the food is cooked to order. On more rare occasions the non-smoking section isnt choked with a cloud of smoke. Their hot-wings and burgers are good but its hard to screw those up. Sometimes the crabcake sandwich is good.

My boyfriend and I went to Glory Days on a Friday at about 5pm and the restaurant was busy as expected. It didnt take long to be seated but our server didnt seem to be in a rush. His service was slow and lacking quality. Our food was good, no issues there, but the service and environment created a frustrating experience. The worst part of the visit was that my debit card was charged twice and when the manager came out to remedy the servers mistake he couldnt offer much of an explanation. Currently Im waiting to see if the double charge will removed.

One night my friends and I decided to go to this Glory Days. We had the most phenomal waiter named Roman. He was always on top of his job and had amazing manners. I remember not having enough money to tip him properly, all I had left was 7$ in my wallet and thats what he got. I wanted to leave this review to make up for my loss of tip, even though he deserves this review anyways. He handled himself so professionally. We walked out remembering that most from the experience. Great service! Big shoutouts to Roman! That boy deserves a promotion!

While the food was delicious, the service was horrible. I wanted to get the $5 burger deal on a Monday and was directed towards the to-go area. Two problems with that 1. The special is for dine-in only and 2. it made me feel unwelcome to eat in the main dining room. The servers and managers seemed very judgmental except one nice server named Jennie, she is cool. I now go to the Pan Am location of Glory Days with the same quality food offered in Burke but without the nasty attitudes.

Great place to catch a game, or multiple games since they have a ton of TVs with a great variety of sports playing. The wings and other appetizers are good and they have some great specials. The drinks are good with pitchers available for the beers on tap. The service can be a bit iffy, but nothing too bad. The clientele during the school year seems to be a good bit of young adults and GMU students, so its by no means a stuffy or boring place most nights.

Mike Critz provided the best service since Bjorn Borg! Having lunch with Mike was like dining with the President at the White House, but without all of the security. Mike Critz made me want to eat lunch and stay until he served dinner. If I had a sister I would want her to date Mike Critz. If my husband wasnt around, I would date Mike Critz. Ill go back and try the luscious looking desserts as long as Mike Critz is on the menu!

Ive been enjoying Glory Days for almost 20 years! It offers a good neighborhood atmosphere and quality, reasonably priced entrees. Whether you want to enjoy a cold one while watching a sporting event or just have a well prepared meal, Glory Days offers something for everyone. It can be hard to hear someone if a popular game is on one of their many TV screens but that adds to the community feel.

There was a bug in my drink, so I asked for something else. The waiter took forever to bring it out and when we got the check, the drink with the bug was still on it. He took it off the check when we asked, but didnt offer anything besides a half-hearted apology. If they get anything from your order wrong, be prepared to wait! Also, whenever its busy, youll get treated like an inconvenience.

I went here once to get a beer and some wings. The beer selection was terrible, but based on the number of teenagers, I doubt the primary clientele demand quality brews. I didnt even order the wings, I just drank the average beer that I ordered and left. Is it really that hard to have quality taps and an average customer age above 15?

Server wasnt knowledgeable on the beer selection and brought the wrong ones the first time. No straws with other drinks. No clearing of plates. For average capacity the wings took over 15 minutes. Oh yeah, and the rag they used to wipe down the table with mustve been nasty as hell because we had to move tables because of the smell.

I really like their food but lately I have chosen to do take out over dining in because of the service and the level of noise. I get it that a sports bar is loud but the whole picture detracts.I walked out after waiting 30 minutes for our meal and being told every ten minutes the food was coming out any minute.

The food is usually consistent here, a sports bar feeling kind of restaurant, with good appetizers and classic american food. Its good for a wanting to watch sports and eat dinner! Lots of TVs and a noisy, but not overbearing atmosphere. Service is good and its nice to grab a beer with friends here.

Was here for forty minutes and only got drinks and an app, had to flag down our waiter every time we needed something, ordered a drink that was supposed to have sprite in it but had soda water instead so it was super tart. Every time I come here the service and food is consistently mediocre.

Personally, Ive never been fond of the sports bar type atmospher, which keeps me from loving the place. The servers are engaging and the food is off the wall! Coupons have a tendency to be everywhere which usually ends up giving people great deals. Cheap burgers are a plus too!
