Just awful service. I cannot tell you if the issue was our waitress or the whole business. Our appetizers and drinks were taken to the wrong table, not just once, but every single time. And we received items from other tables and had to tell the servers which table to go to. A full 30 minutes after ordering the manager stopped by. When we pointed out the delay he went went to the kitchen immediately and returned with our food. Food that was exactly room temperature. It had obviously been cooked, and might have actually been good, but it was clear that it had been cooked sometime earlier and was just left out. We did not bother to complain since we had been there over an hour by this point and it was glaringly bad service and we were not looking forward to waiting another 30 minutes to be served room temperature food. Hopefully in the future I will read a good review and might try this place again then, but until that happens I am not getting near this place and recommend that you dont either.

Consistent, exceptional service by floor managers. House old fashion w/maple is my staple. Avocado toast is a great way to start the day. I believe they own and piggy back the kitchen from the much more expensive restaurant next door. Pleasant and consistent experience. My regards to the management for taking my call for to-go 30 minutes before opening and for busing tables instead of sitting around looking important. Wait staff is decent as well. Food is well made but familiar dishes. Go here if you just want a dinner you will enjoy without much fuss. Prices dont reflect its quality. I almost didnt go because the website makes it look like a bar that happens to server decent food! One of those bars that is just trying too hard. Though this is a great watering hole, food first - they just happen to serve great reasonably priced drinks. Just wish they had more deserts.

If you want a forgettable, mid-scale restaurant on par with a TGI Fridays or Applebees, then Open Road Grill & Icehouse is the place to go. Pros: Decent beer list, decent cocktails (about $9 each), fairly tasty oysters, decently-smoked ribs. Cons: Overly ambitious and under-thought flavor combinations (pickled cabbage does NOT work on the 50/50 burger), oysters arent shucked properly, fries arrive overly salted, uneven service (no fewer than 4 people waited on us and yet the waitress still brought a side dish we specifically said we didnt want), too loud restaurant (hope you like country music, and you like it loud), and overpriced for what you get ($13.50 for an uneven burger). We only dined here because the place we actually wanted to go to two doors down was closed. We wont return.

First of all the place looks very nice. Service not good at all.. first the guy brought me diet coke instead of reg coke they took for ever to bring food- for ever, we felt out of place, they brought the wrong food to our table n then we had to wait over five minutes to have someone to take it back, then the guy just pretended to go to kitchen but just went back to another table to give them wings. The server brought soup spoon n put it not on a napkin but on the naked table. The burger at smash burger or fudrockers are MUCH BETTER.. i got the open road burger n i was very disappointed. . My daughter got a soup n caesars salad n omg even the salad (yes a salad) was not good at all..

Any place that serves free popcorn is the best place in my opinion. But unfortunately, when I went with a group of friends and wanted to sit outside, we were told by the staff to put our name on the list and wait for a table to become available (there were already a few empty ones). As we waited for over an hour, we saw these tables get snatched up by people who just walked in through the back gate and sat down. The staff never asked them to leave their tables and add their names to the list like they did for us.

Went early on a recent Friday night with the family. The live music was so loud, we had to shout at each other, in fact we did not hear a baby crying at the next table. The food was just okay. My grandson had the quesadillas and he said there were too many onions in it, I had the bbq chicken nachos that were ok, hubby had the hamburger that was average and a friend had the steak, which he said was very good. I will not go back, simply because of the loud music. For an average meal, I will go elsewhere.

Ate here 3 times and each time good service and good food. Also, clean bathrooms which is a big deal for me. Went on Thursday, Happy Hour had the Brooklyn Lager which was very good and the grilled cheese was very good. The place is perfectly priced for the food type and portions. Drinks are a good price too. Becca, the bartender was very nice and attentive looks like great place to watch a game. Will go by to catch a Steelers game. The porch area was also very nice.

*review update* this has become our neighborhood hang out. This weekend alone we were here Friday and Sunday. We LOVE the chicken wings.... Best Ive had in a long time complete with smoked blue cheese dressing. Beer selection getting better..... Outdoor bar open (almost) year round with heaters for cold weather. Good fit watching sports. Great place to hang out, beer selection is mediocre at best but they make up for it with good ambiance and outdoor bar are

Very nice light atmosphere to this restaurant/bar. With the wooden decorations and friendly service this is defiantly a hit up and coming bar. Bring your family or bring your friends the servers are veterans at giving a great mood. The food choices do offer a bit of a mix from pizza to salad and a few entrees in between. If that does not hold your fancy they often offer live music from local bands in support of the community.

Great food, music, staff, televisions... My wife had what tasted like one of the best burgers we have had in a long time. I had their pork and pineapple pizza and it hit the spot. Live music on the outside deck while the inside is great for families early in the evening. Inside bar is well decorated and the beer list is pretty well stacked. We didnt order any deserts but we watched, and drooled, as they walked by.

Great place to go with friends and watch a game. Its always busy, but usually the wait isnt too long. Its also loud, so its not a place you would go to for good conversation. They have a great outdoor patio area thats heated in winter. The food is pretty good with lots of variety. I usually get a salad or the wrap. They have a nice beer selection. I love the popcorn cooked in duck fat. Its addicting and delicious.

Valet was driving customers cars like they were bumper cars at a carnival! I liked the restaurant but wont go there again because of this issue. I know parking is a problem because of the lot but there is NO WAY I will let someone drive my car like I saw these guys driving other peoples cars. If youre car has engine or brake problems after dining at this restaurant - this is why!!!
