I went here and was very impressed with the service. The waiter was attentive and when I accidentally ordered the wrong dish, he said no problem and got me the pizza I wanted. in the meantime while I was waiting, he also allowed me to sample some of their flatbread pizza at no cost. In addition, the manager even took time to ask us how our meal was. The only reason why I didnt rank this higher is I found that the deep dish pizza lacked tasted as the crust overwhelmed the taste of the pizza and was a bit bland. Still for $12, the two entrees for $12 deal is good.

Dont even bother coming here. As a customer who came here for over 20 years, this place has gotten so much worse over time. Their food has gotten so expensive, they take too long to place orders, and they keep leaving out orders or get them wrong. Their food doesnt even taste good! Recently, we called in an order, and they didnt bother making my mothers meal. She called to complain, and was forced to drive back up to the place to get her meal. Very pricey and horrible service. Save your money and go somewhere else.

My first time came to the restaurant. It looked nice and clean. The waitress was nice. However, the food we ordered was cold and the manager there was terrible. Instead of telling us "Im sorry" first, he went on to complain and blame his staffs. We got frustrated with the way he talked so we didnt ask for reheating our food. Then he came back to our table w a pan and the pasta in it in order to prove us that the food were cooked and warm and talked to us w a loud rude voice. I definitely not come back there again.

Service from the female bartender was hirable! Sarcastic, dismissive and way too much attitude. The appetizer was just ok. She never came back..... the male bartender came and took our pizza order and refilled the drinks. She came back only to give us the bill without the discount coupon and over charged drink. Good thing we were not in any hurry! We will never be going back again.....

Not sure if I went on a bad day but the pizza was horrible. It was actually cold in the middle when it came out and still only lukewarm after they reheated it. Greasy and flavorless, not anything like real chicago style pizzas. Our server was very nice and accommodating which is the only reason this gets two stars.

All the action is usually at the bar. Good place for family night or quiet dye night. Pizza remains the "go to choice". The ability to order and continuing ordering from the table via table side app gives it 3 stars. They also deliver in Merrifield/Fairfax area

Sharon, this is a chain restaurant. But the pizza is actually really good. And if youre coming to this particular location, you have to visit the bar and chat with Raz, the bartender. He is awesome! If youve never had one, you have to try sex with an alligator.

What you would expect from a corporate run joint. Food is just OK, but there are a lot of choices. Best stick with the signature deep-dish pizza if you arent adventuresome. They should cut the menu down and focus on quality, freshness and flavor.

I got there when it was not busy. Service was friendly, but was a little slow. The food was not thrilling. This was my first ever visit to an Uno, and I was not impressed. We had the deep dish pizza. It wasnt bad, but wasnt good either.

For families with young kids, Unos make your own pizza at the table (with aprons no less) is a fun experience for little ones. I also personally recommend the mushroom flatbread - came out piping hot. Id give them another visit.

When I asked about their $6 second pizza they told me yes a large pizza, but when I picked it up the second pizza cannot be a large. There is no way I would pay $20 for this thing..$6 yes, $20 no. I was definitely not satisfied.
