Absolutely horrible customer service. First, I ordered a calzone, but the store called me and told me I would have to order something else because they were "out of calzones". It was almost 10:00pm at night. So, it was understandable that they didnt want to make any. However, when my food was delivered, it was obviously reheated and overcooked. I literally threw it away after one bite. I called to complain, and the young lady only said "sorry." I was supposed to get a discount for the calzone since I never received it, but nope! They didnt even have the decency to refund the money even though I never received that item. I will never eat here again, and I will be sure to let every review site know about my terrible experience.

There are many pizza places one could easily dismiss as "Drunk Pizza". You know, the kind of pizza that is delicious when you are inebriated at 2am after a long night of partying. This is not one of those places. The pizza is amazing at 2am when you are drunk, but unlike a great many other pizza-by-the-slice places, this pizza is even better when you are sober. Clarendon has a number of great pizza parlors that give New York a run for its money, and this is one of them.

Very good N.Y. style pizza that is open late on weekends for that all important slice after a night out. Slices are huge! I prefer the regular, thin crust, but the thick Sicilian is also quite tasty and very filling. I also recommend the chicken roll which is like a miniature calzone... Delicious.

The staff is great, their pizza is authentic and quite delicious, and theyre open late which makes it easy to grab a bite to eat if youre out for a night on the town. Id like to see a few more choices available when I walk in, but really thats nothing to worry about when the pizza is hot and fresh!

They had "fresh" calzones that just came out of oven, though they put them back in the overn when I orderered. Cheese was dry, the breading stiff and tasteless, all around it was a gross meal. Even for fast food, this was bad.

Good pizza, but even better customer service. I work nearby and frequent this place and the staff always finds a way to make my service feel appreciated-the older gentleman who works at lunch time is especially friendly.

Food is expensive and portions are just plain small. I would like to eat what I pay for. Customer service is just none existent. You can call nuts but based on experience, I dont see myself stop by there for food.

Im the general manager. If you have a bad time I will fix it. We are hard workers and love to serve. Otherwise who would do this? 2$ slices Wednesdays open till close. Cant beat it.

Decent slice. Their deep dish pizza is fake lunch laey preheated pizza. Wouldnt give us enough sauce for the mozz sticks. Waste of time unless youre wasted.

Ive passed by here a bunch of times and the line is definitely the longest at 2AM. Pizza is okay, price is reasonable. Service is quick.
