Where do I start.. This past Sunday my family (there are 13 of us) and I decided to try ordering from here. We ordered 6 pizzas and 4 salads. When we called we were told 20 minutes (which absolutely shocked me). When we arrived, there were already several customers waiting there for their food before us. When we got there we were told itd be a bit more of a wait (seems to be a trend with this place based on other reviews...). When we paid our bill, both (obviously very young and naive) girls behind the counter openly laughed and mocked the tip my mother left. Extremely inappropriate. Then when another customer asked about their food, one of the girls, very loudly, remarked that it wasnt their fault the food wasnt done but, "there is an order of 6 pizzas and their holding every up." sorry our big order and good business was such a hassle. To top it all off, one gentleman, who was there before us, was profusely apologized to because of the wait (due to our pizzas) and REFUNDED FOR HIS FOOD. are you kidding me? Why wasnt his food put in before ours? And why werent we refunded? Because it was "our fault"? The two girls behind the counter were so unbelievably rude and made it so uncomfortable. Better customer service is DEFINITELY needed. Olney isnt too far of a drive and theyre way nicer--Id rather take my business there than be openly mocked.

This was our first time at this location, probably the last. The green peppers were cut way too big and the rest of the toppings were skimpy and not evenly spread out at all. We asked for the pizza well done, but instead it was soft, almost soggy and very stuck to the paper in the box. The worst part is, after eating the pizza our stomachs hurt and we felt nausea, the same thing happened when we tried to eat the leftovers the next day. We had to throw away the rest because we hated feeling sick from eating that pizza. We are very disappointed with the Ledos in leisure world, as this has never happened at any other location.

5-7-2017 - Third time and last for same problem. Called in order and was told 20 minutes. Arrived in 20 minutes and waited another 35 minutes and still NO PIZZA. Was told another 7 minutes and asked for money back and left. Give the customer the opportunity to decide if the wait is to long when ordering. Under-estimating wait time made you lose another customer.

This location needs some help. We were told our pizzas would be ready in 20 minutes and we waited for 45 minutes. While we sat there waiting, we witnessed two other customers come in fuming about issues with their orders and wait times. Im not surprised this location has a 2 star rating. Ill be going to the Olney location next time.

Awful service. Staff goofing off and after an hour wait for a medium pizza that I called ahead for the lady at the counter says "its busy" even though the restaurant only had two tables and I could see them dancing and taking pictures and videos with their phones.

I called Ledos, and was immediately put on hold for 7 minutes. Then when they finally picked up my call, they where very rude. Ill talk my business elsewhere. Learn how to answer a phone politely.

Food is great but the wait time is poor. The service could improve if the waitresses and waiters were more attentive to the customers. Would not take much to improve their service.

I LOVE THE PIZZA BUT IT TOOK ME MORE THAN 45 MIN FOR MY FOOD TO BE DONE AND IM REALLY HUNGRY. THEY MESSED UP OUR ORDER TWICE. AND THEY ALL SUCK.
