If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I had one bad experience with them back in October, and then had a terrible experience last night. They took 70 minutes to deliver our food (we were told 45 to 50 minutes on the phone), and when it arrived, it was cold, greasy, and part of the order was missing. It really didnt matter that my husbands food wasnt there, since we didnt eat it anyway. But when I called the store (about 4 minutes after the delivery guy handed us the food) and complained, I was given the run around. I was told that a manager would need to call me back, which he never did. When I called again, 90 minutes later, I was told that I would be given a $10 credit towards future food (ha, right), and the manager was really rude to me. I called this morning and spoke with the owner, who basically accused me of trying to scam them for free food. This place is AWFUL, and you should not purchase from them.

I was charged for 5 full toppings when we only ordered 5 half toppings. When I called back to inquire, the hostess told me that is how management charges for half toppings. I wish they would have disclosed that to me when I ordered. The pizza was not any better than Papa Johns or Dominos. Anyone who has ever had a slice of even mediocre NY pizza would be severely disappointed with this pizza. The crust was flavorless and the pizza was cold when it arrived. And the driver, put our salad in the thermal bag with the pizza so the salad was warm. Sadly, that warm salad was the best part of the meal.

It was our first time and we had the garlic spinach pizza: it was just awful. It had an excessive amount of uncooked garlic that made the whole experience a total failure (and believe me, we love garlic). It didnt need that much raw garlic (so sharp, so unnecessarily bitter), we wouldve rather had more mozzarella or veggies instead. If the place was still open (its midnight) I would have called them directly. I regret spending the money in this place. Advice: if you ever run your own restaurant, make sure you try the food yourself before selling it.

Worst customer service experience Ive had in a long time... Food delivery took one hour Food items were left off the delivery and charged to us Manager refused to speak with me on at least two opportunities When I contacted the business for remedy they wouldnt do anything Food quality was on the low-end of the spectrum and too pricy Do NOT order from here or visit the restaurant if you appreciate good customer service and good quality food.

First thing to know is its not NY style -- NY style is thin crust, this is more comparable to Papa Johns, Dominos etc. Ingredient quality is noticeably better than the chains but the pizza is still fairly bland. Delivery is slow. You could do worse, but Ill not be coming back here again.

Great Pizza and great service. We ordered online from grub hub and 45 minutes later, Pizza Leos owner delivered our order in person and provided us with a coupon for future orders. We will definitely order from Pizza Leo again and would highly recommend Pizza Leo if you want good pizza.

Really good subs as well as pizza. Though the delivery took 55 minutes the food was delicious and they gave me a coupon. The people who work there are really nice. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for good pizza.
