Worst ever Burger King. I ordered food to be delivered because I could not drive there. My son really wanted to eat there so I tried out the delivery service. The food took forever so I called to ask about it. I ordered online at 6:20 and it was 7:15. The delivery service number is not the restaurant and the customer service person was rude. Told me the food will be there in 7 min because it takes 65 min. After an hour and 50 mins food was still not there. I called the Burger King Leisure World directly and they did not answer their phone. It just kept ringing and no answer or machine. Finally the driver calls and told me he will be there in 10 min. Food was cold and soggy. If you cant deliver dont advertise that you deliver.

This was an absolutely miserable experience for three of us. I counted at least 7 employees behind the counter. There were only two customers on line ahead of us. We watched as there was a build up of customers waiting for their orders. It was at least 10 to 15 minutes before part of our order was ready. The tables were dirty, not one employee wiping or sweeping the dining area. Absolutely will never return to this Burger King.

Horrible customer drive through service. I wanted to use the remaining balance on my gift card and the rest on my debit card. The cashier flashed my cards and ask my and gave my the dumbest look and had no comprehension on what I was trying to do. Like whats so difficult? And they no adequately trained in the area. Why dont you all deliver sodas? Its one of the reasons I hesitate to order because I basically choke on my food. Who wants little orange and apple juices that are for kids? And the price of the meal is the same as with normal drinks. This is unacceptable!!!

Worst Burger King Ever! Counter is slightly better than the Drive Thru. Called (three times a day for two days) to discuss issues with Management and the phone just keeps ringing (Verified phone number is good, Yellow Pages = Google = Yelp).

Typically the slowest service of any fast food place Ive ever been in. Food is fine & staff is nice enough, but service is slow. Go elsewhere if youre in a rush.
