Food: Unfortunately they seemed to put rice in EVERYTHING. The cheap filler. Whoever heard of rice in a burrito, not in Mexico or anywhere close to the border!!! Service: For lunch they are fast and the service is generally adequate with small errors. So I usually get a salad (no rice), unfortunately no matter how many times I tell them that I dont want the dressing, it ends up in the bag anyway! Seems that they are so focused on getting through the line that they stop listening to the customer. Today I had problems with paying as well. Seems that their sign said that the price was 6.35 when it turned out to be 6.85 so I was totally confused. Adding chips to that came out to 8.50 without a drink. This is not what I call cheap. I told them to forget the chips and left in total confusion because they kept telling me it was tax... ummmh 14% tax? They were not listening at all to me and I had to do research online to find out where I went wrong. I guess that would be going to Chipotle in the first place. Not excited about going back at all.

I only come to this location b/c it is close to my job. I have placed my order online at least 4/5 times thinking since it is lunch time this will make it faster b/c we all know Chipotle always has a line!!! (it is that good). However, even placing my order online and leaving my job after the "pick up" time I still end up waiting way too long. People come in stand in the long line and leave before people who order online are even helped. I have also had my onlien orders messed up which is crazy b/c I only get rice, beans, steak, cheese and sour cream! The food is ok so I still go from time to time but if I can go to another location like the Kentlands I would over this location. I do however, love how much space they have but they too need more outdoor seating.

I went to the Falls Grove Chipotle as part of a fundraiser. Im sorry I ever did it. After waiting in line for 40 minutes, I took my order home and the bottom of the bag fell out, dumping one of the two salads (including all of the guacamole) on the driveway. The other salad was less damaged and the burrito remained in its wrapper. Then my son reported that there was no meat in his burrito. This was one of the most miserable take out experiences I have ever had. I will never enter a Chipotle again.

I am a vegetarian that fequents chipotles. I love their sofritas. But every time I go to this location I find large chunks of meat in my bowl. I havent had this issue at the other locations near me. They also seem to forget things Ive asked for very often. I usually am not one to rate things like this but today I found a huge chunk of pork in my dish (the final straw).... Please get your act together...

Well personally, Im not much of a fan of Chipotle.....my friend Rohan is addicted to the burritos. Knowing each is packed with over 1,000 calories, it kind of distgusts me! no offense....but there is definately a lot of fresh meat, veggies, and other stuff. Usually, Rohan gets everything; anywhere from beans, rice, corn, sour cream, beef, lettuce, etc. thats a lot stuff!!!!!

Best bang for the buck in the area, if you care about what you eat. A lot of it is marketing, but they actually have some truth behind the claim that theyre producing healthy, sustainable and/or humane food for their restaurants. I can eat here halfway guilt-free and enjoy every filling, tasty, inexpensive bite.

Convenient corner location with the yummy and plentiful food youd expect from Chipotle. Great offerings of a Mexican and American blend of food. Burritos, Bowls, or Salads to enjoy. Stop by if youre in the area. This was a great place to grab some dinner while I stayed at a nearby hotel.

Ive been going here at least once a week because thats how much I loved it. The workers there are awesome and they know their stuff when it comes to proportions. They will give you a very good amount of food that will keep you satisfied and happy.

This was our first time eating here and everyone was nice and helpful. The manager was extraordinarily nice and generous. The chicken was my favorite. The steak is a little spicy. The guacamole was good. I certainly recommend this place!

Really liked the grilled chicken. Im noticing a very not nice trend of no pork products in national restaurants? No carnitas? Big waste of aluminum foil for the kids quesadillas and it stuck like glue anyways. Get black olives please !

You get a decent amount of fairly priced, comparatively healthy food. Drawbacks: there is always a line and it is easy to turn this into something no more healthy than a big mac. High sodium content.
