I am not one to complain, but this is one of the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been to customer service wise. Our waitress was very impolite, and honestly seemed like she was there to hangout rather then do her job. We gave her our order and five minutes later she came back to explain she had forgot what we ordered. My husband and I ordered the spicy passion fruit margarita, along with the strawberry margarita(drinks we order very frequently). My spicy passion fruit margarita was made completely wrong, no jalapeños, and no chili pepper sauce on the rim, along with them barely filling the shakers. My husband tried to tell the waitress but every time I tried to catch her eye she was in the kitchen behind the swinging door socializing. We eventually flagged another waitress/hostess down, who acted like she had better things to do. Instead of having another drink made correctly I was given jalapeños to put in myself along with being asked if I wanted to have the chili pepper (that I would also have to put it on myself). I was frustrated at this point, so we tried to speak with another waitress to see if we could just have the drink re made, I could hear the bartender copping attitude and told her just not to worry about it. Not five minutes later are wings came out. My husbands looked fine, but mine were just bread and extremely small. I didnt want to have any more issues so I ate what I could and got the check. I know this isnt some fancy restaurant, and Im not expecting someone to wait on me hand and foot. But I come here after a long day to enjoy a meal, and the last thing I want is more stress and to pay for a meal and service that completely sucked. If you cant handle being in the food industry, and have no customer service skills you need to seek a different job.

The food was really good and the service was excellent. It has been several years since I have been to BWs and I have to say they have improved on their menu and taste. One of the major problems I have found in Virginia is good customer service and service with a smile, you just dont see as much as you should. But, this BWs has got it. The staff was extremely busy the night I showed up with my family, to the point that the manager was serving food and to me that shows great management. There is nothing worse than working for a boss that wont get their hands dirty when the help is needed. The waitress was friendly and even understood how to deal with our three year old son that didnt want to eat a thing. She was polite and professional and tried her best to make sure we were taken care of. The only reason that I gave a 4 star instead of a 5 is because I ordered a drink and I got it after I received my dinner and I had to ask for it from the manager that served our meal and then again from the server. Other than that the service and food was excellent. To be honest if I could I would give it a 4.5 instead of a 4. I highly recommend this location for families and for sports fans that want good wings.

Let me first off state that the staff was very courtesy and Im sure they work extremely hard. With that being said, our poor experience is ALL about a "lack of accountability, communication and teamwork". After waiting an hour for our food, SOMEONE shouldve checked on us (waiter disappeared for 30min). The staff blamed the cooks but as a team youre only strong as your weakest link so you all looked bad!! The staff should insist on excellent customer service from each other! When lacking it should be communicated instead of waiting an hour to see a manager! For a table of 12, someone shouldve recognized that our waiter needed help!! You guys are capable of so much better...but you have to put the customer first. P.s. Regina (hostess) thank you for your help and genuine concern.

First we went out on a Saturday night. You expect some delays.......but not this many. We ordered drinks and appetizers.....we revieced them almost 50 minutes later. Our drinks were watered down. They tasted like they mixed beer with fruit punch and sat it on the table. We then get our food. My wings were overcooked,my brother said his burger taste like it frozen and cooked, and my wife aye nothing but her fries because of how dissapointed she was. Our server was nice.....but that was not enough. We blamed the cooks l, the managers and the bartenders for ever thing that was wrong. She did take a few things off the check so she wasnt that bad but she kept forgetting things. Overall not a good night. Its gonna be a while before I spend my money there again.

This BWW started off on a good note but slowly became bad. I went on different occasions and the same result came out. For a pick-up order I ordered my food by phone and then took some extra time to make sure it was ready by the time I got there and when I got there I actually waited another 30 minutes for my food to come out and at this point the fries were soggy and the wings had barely any sauce on them. On another occasion I went and sat and the service was not great. Orders came out at different times and not together even though it was the same food. Also it felt very rushed and the servers were frantic. The wings came out cold and again with they were stingy with the sauce. Id say dont waste you time and money and just go to wing stop up rt 1.

My husband and I usually like B-dubs, and went regularly when we lived in Virginia Beach, so we were excited to finally get a local restaurant here in DC. So far, however, just about every time we order from there for a pickup order, its been wrong. Its been fine when we eat in, but with young children and one with special needs, picking up is usually the better option. Between leaving out items of our order (on more than one occasion), not having orders ready when expected (even when weve set a pickup time), and giving us another patrons order, were done ordering from them. The food is great, but they just cannot seem to get their act together.

Service is hit or miss, with most times being a miss. Food is pretty good. The rotating appetizer specials are generally pretty good. Having a bunch of TVs is always a plus. Wish they would add old bay wings and siracha wings. Seems like a no brainer. Some of the managers are good. Some I hope to never speak to again. Had a really bad experience recently and the manager, while trying to be helpful, insulted my wife. We ended up waiting one hour for our food - not because it was busy, but because our server apparently just quit. Then the replacement server got every single one of our orders wrong in some form or fashion (there were five of us).

I always sit at the bar so I can only speak to the bar service. Its just ok. I believe that there should ALWAYS be someone tending bar. There should never be a time when there isnt a bartender for any reason. If there is only one person they shouldnt leave for any reason until they have someone to cover. My visits here are so infrequent because too often when Im ready to cash out and leave there is no one available to ring me out. I may be in a rush to get back to work or something. At a place like this, the bar IS the establishment. Look at the commercials, theyre always at the bar or bar area.
