My experience at this T.G.I. Fridays was horrible. It started immediately when I walked through the door; the floor obviously hadnt been cleaned. There was trash, dirt, a crumpled receipt on the ground and etc. We asked for a table for five and the hostess just added another chair to small round table that definitely wouldnt be comfortable for five people. We are seated at the table, which was of course, dirty. The hostess apologized and cleaned the table off. We sat for ten minutes and was never served water nor approached. We left because we decided that there were already too many things going wrong and figured the kitchen was probably riddled with dirt and cross contamination anyways. On the way out, I briefly told a server why we were choosing to leave and she said "ok, thats fine," as if those deficiences were acceptable. This T.G.I Fridays has low standards and its apparent that management doesnt enforce higher standards or they just dont check. This is my first negative review that Ive taken the time out to write-- with good reason. Applebees next door was a 180 degree experience from this restaurant. (the food was rated as poor/fair because I had to rate all three categories; I didnt taste the food, nor did I want to)

We (party of 3) just went for lunch today & arrived @ 12:10pm, we sat in the bar for faster service. That was a mistake we found because people who came in after us were finishing their food before ours arrived. We ordered within 5-10 minutes & all got normal lunch sandwiches. No well done anything. At 12:50 we had to find a waiter (who had not come back at all since taking the order) to tell him make it to go, pay for the check & ask to see a manager. As we spoke to the manager & advised him that we had to pay our check & go since we would now be late, the manager agreed, yes you would need to pay. Excuse me? We never said we would not pay, we said we had to ask for the check & the food because we’d sat for 45 minutes watching other customers eating. The check was not the issue, the lack of food was! He gave us a few $8 coupons, apologies & our food and we raced back to work. The food? Ok I guess, but the time I ate it was cold. While I sat I saw customers leave dissatisfied and watched 1 woman literally wait outside the kitchen for her food for over 15 minutes. It is safe to say I will NEVER go back to that Friday’s, and will think twice about any of them period.

Worst experience ever at a Fridays!!! We placed 3 orders of endless apps and 2 kids meals we recieved 2 apps and the kids meals they never provided us with silverware so we had to help ourselves to some from a neighboring table.. we all finished our meals and still never recieved the third app and still hadnt been asked what we wanted for our next apps so after getting up and asking the hostess to find our waitress i explained that i wasnt happy that one of the people in our party still hasnt eaten and that the kids were done eating and we havent placed our next order she rudely stated Im here now so at this point Im disgusted and didnt even order any more and this fine establishment charged me 10 bucks for a 6 mozzarella sticks one would only think that because theyve treated a costumer so rudely that hes lost his appetite maybe just charge me for the mozzarella sticks... we asked for a refill for the kids drinks that took 20 minutes after having to ask a second time potato skins came with ranch instead of sour cream the whole experience was by far the worst Ive ever had at one of my favorite establishments and i will never eat at one again

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a T.G.I. Fridays, and I frequent the chain regularly in my area. However, I happened to be in the Columbia, Md. area for a movie with my fiancé and decided to check this particular location out. First, the location was filthy with trash all over the floor ... Second, our waitress was beyond sub par by way of her attitude and professionalism ... Third, but farrrrr from the least my fiancé ordered a water and as she is drinking it we notice something in the cup. Upon closer inspection it was left over food from either the previous customer or from the sink or etc. (you get the point). So we ask for a manager and are told that "he is busy and be a loooonnngggg wait. Needless to say, the supervisor/manager never showed!!! This is before we even ordered our food so we left! I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE! ...its now casting doubt in my mind about all T.G.I.Fridays!

I would give it no stars at all but our waitress was at least nice! We told the waitress our sodas were flat. She told the manager and he came out and said they were fine. Offered us something else to drink and never returned with our teas. When our waitress saw we didnt have a drink she went and got them herself. The broccoli in my soup or rather broccoli stalks were raw! The pecan crusted chicken on my salad was completly dry! My husband was supposed to get a burger (with a special request of no onions or coleslaw of the burger) with pork. The burgers looked like they were the size of McDonalds happy meal burgers, there was one small price of pork in between the small patties as well as what seemed to be a mashed egg with cheese on it. All we wanted was to have a nice meal with our son after a great lacrosse game. We will NEVER come back to TGI Fridays!

Went with a few friends for a birthday, it was not busy at all but we waited over 30 minutes for them to re cook steak, everyone else had eaten their food.we asked to speak to the manager who took 10 minutes to come over to us. We explained that we had waited so long for the steak and everyone else was done eating. We asked if he could reduce her meal for the wait. He then went on to say we only wanted a free meal, and tried to say we were not waiting that long. In which the waiter even agreed it had been way too long- he kept apologizing. However the manager not once apologized..He kept coming back and forth to our table making smart comments . He was so lucky we were are professional women, we finally cussed him out and called the police .. Needless to say - will never go there again .. The employees were great , the manager- the worst ....

The smell when we walked in was strange,(dirty rugs in the entry?) We seated ourselves in the bar. We waited 10 minutes at least, no one noticed us. We had no menus. Finally a guy came by and brought us menus, told us our server was making drinks. She came and took our drink order. She dropped off our drinks and ran to another table (we were ready to order food). We waited a long time, I nearly finished my drink before we ordered our food. We ordered more drinks when our food got there. We never got them. The bartenders seemed too busy to serve the people in the area. There were 3 of them, Im not sure if more bartenders is the answer. My husband had to leave our seat and stand at the bar for 5 minutes while the bartenders avoided eye contact before he could request the check. -- The Worst!
