Boston Market did a great job catering our medium sized party (45 or so people). It wasnt a black tie party, but it was somewhat classy, and having outside food brought in inexpensively was a real treat. I didnt want my husband spending all night in front of the grill, and I wanted hot food that was better and easier than something I could make in mass quantities. I priced out several other catering options in the area, and they were all like $40-$75 a head! Now, this was just a friendly get-together, not a wedding! So Boston Market was the perfect inexpensive choice (around $10-15/per person for meat plus two sides, and we purchased some additional sides to make sure there was enough food). We ended up with tons of leftovers, as their portions are very good size and probably would have been plenty. I really liked being able to order online and not having to talk to someone over the phone. We got chicken, roast beef, mashed potatoes, hot apples, mac&cheese, and something else (veggies?), and they brought lots of gravy, cornbread & butter. They also brought plates, utensils, etc. which we werent even expecting; We had purchased our own plates and utensils. We put most of the food in large steel chafing dishes we purchased at Sams Club to keep it hot. The rest we kept in the oven to keep it at a safe temperature. The delivery person delivered it exactly on time and with no problems. The delivery person went through setup and verified everything was correct. It was a very good experience, and everyone loved the food. No complaints! With a variety of foods, were ready for vegetarians (like myself) and kids, as well as adults and picky eaters. We would definitely use them again for catering and would definitely recommend them. Thanks!

I have always loved Boston Market, but after today, it’s my favor place ever, specially the York Road, Baltimore, MD location. I had lost an envelope with $150 cash in it and didnt realized that I had lost until 24 hours later. I called the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager, who was Kevin Long, and after he asked me several question he confirmed with me that his co-worker Tavon Thomas had found the money and I could pick it up anytime I that could. After driving over 45 minutes to get to the restaurant every penny of my $150 was still in the envelop, so a huge KUDOS to Boston Market York Road, Baltimore, MD location for Tavon Thomas. Baltimore is still filled with loving honest people and Tavon Thomas and Kevin Long are two of Baltimores Best.

Our experience at Boston Market has been consistently good. The service is always very friendly, the food is fresh and the prices very reasonable. During our latest stop, the manager made sure a tray of fresh green beans was brought out to ensure everything in our order was very fresh. The salads are very good if you want lighter fare, and you can have them with or without chicken. We always get a 10% senior citizen discount without having to ask for it.

My basketball team went here and it was terrible. The food made me and my teammate sick. I am still feeling the effects 2 weeks later. I would rate it 0 stars if i could. Not a good experience at all. the soda tasted all mixed together and the Mac and Cheese looked and tasted like it was plastic cheese.

I had Boston Market cater my husbands birthday party a month ago and they did a pretty good job. They showed up on time and did not forget anything. I ordered extra mashed potatoes and wished I did not because we had enough potatoes for an army! The meatloaf was the hit and was gone right away.

This is an okay branch. I placed my order online and I still waited for them to finish up the line before I was attended too which defeats the purpose of online ordering. They forgot two items from my order as well.

I use to love Boston Market but it seems the Menu have been change last 6yrs??? The place was okay but My Chicken was very dry & service was slow/ not friendly at all:(
