This is the worst Olive Garden I have ever been to to eat. They sat myself and my 27 year old son in an area with all of these families with young children, running around and screaming and shrieking. There were plenty of other open tables in the other areas. Our waiter was completely disinterested and barely paid us any mind. Wanted our seat changed but couldnt even find him. No drink refills without tracking him down. Another waiter delivered our food and asked if we wanted cheese, said he would make it "rain cheese for us". He also asked where the other lady was, did she go to the bathroom...there was no other lady. Manger drifted by and dispassionately asked if we were doing ok, we said "No" and he said "let me clear these dirty dishes away", WHAT. Took 15 minutes to get our check and we asked twice. Atmosphere was HORRIBLE. Allowing children to run and scream all over the place like it was a park. The volume level was outrageous, sounded like Six Flags. Please stay away from this Olive Garden, its terrible.

Last night around 6pm my family and I decided to dine here (well we tried to) so we are seated rather quickly which was to be expected because it was not packed. So we get settled at our table, there are 3 servers working the section we are in after 30 minutes no one greeted us, no water, no silverware not even an "hi my name is (name here) Ill be with you in a moment, nothing, we were clearly being over looked because like I stated earlier there were 3 servers working the section we were in. So finally I say to a waitress "hi do you know who our server is?" She rolls her eyes "Im not your server but I can get your drinks" she was giving so much attitude. So we just decided to leave my poor 6yr old was starving . wont eat hear again, and I know it probably wont matter we are one family out of millions, but the service was garbage and just wanted to let all my friends and family know

Mari was an excellent waitress. She served with a smile. It has been a very long time since I felt a wait person deserving of a 20% tip. Our glasses were never empty. Food was hot. Soup or salad at the moment requested. I was concerned about the 20 min wait to be seated but know I know why. One of my pet peeves is not having a paper napkins when eating, only the cloth ones, which are never absorbing enough for the condensation on the glasses. She brought them out without even asking. The team work that showed when other staff were helping take care of guests was refreshing. Columbia and now this location are our preferred locations to dine with Olive Garden. We purposefully drive father even though there is one 15 mins closer to our home for the better service. Manager keep up the great work!

Horrible!!!! We never got our appetizer, everybody else in our section would get their apps, drinks, & food. My husband and I got everything late and the food was cold, his steak was over cooked. Now I dont want to play the race card but both the servers were black and the ppl in our section were too, we were the only Hispanics there and everybody else around us were being attended to with great care but not once did they even come by our table. The server who greeted us even brought extra refills so that he wouldnt come back. I will be faithful to the PG mall Olive Garden. Their service is quick and so helpful..

A couple of years ago, we ate at Olive Garden quite often, although at a different location. We had dinner here last night and it was mediocre at the very best. The salad was still outstanding but the eggplant parmigiana was mushy and bland and the spaghetti side was watery. The mussel appetizer was passable but the chicken entree was like rubber. The service was speedy because they werent crowded but even then, the food was just lukewarm. We dont get to eat out often these days, and what was to be a real treat, was an unpleasant experience.

Used to eat here often when too lazy to cook. Recently went even though my instinct said I could have a better meal at Chic-fil-a or Panera. So I go, sit in the bare area, its busy, extremely drunk guy in there which management did not ask to leave, eat, get the buy one take one (take one comes cold and I attempted to eat the following day - DISGUSTING) and today I check my account to match receipts and YEP SERVER CHARGED HERSELF $6 instead of the $2.23 I gave her. Will never go again. They can close down and I wont blink twice.

We had a great dining experience. It was a very chill location. Our waitress was sweet and lovely, wish I remembered her name, and the food was great, and the portions were huge! Or could be that I ate too much bread prior to the meal so I felt like it was a lot of food. We got there a bit late, around 9pm, and they close at 10, and we didnt realize they had closed, but they didnt kick us out or be rude to us, they let us finish out food and were kind and patient. The place was clean as well. Would definitely go there again!

Food is ok. Nothing I ever crave for. Just ok. I only go here because its close to where I live & again, its good enough food with good enough prices. If this restaurant happened to be out of my way, lets just say I wouldnt drive the distance or miss it. Waiters are just fine. You might get lucky, one time I had this server that was so polite & on point, seemed like he went to Princeton for serving! Then again, I have had a few bad waiters. Overall, not bad, not great. Safe to go there if youre hungry though.

I had pretty bad day. TGIF next door had a 25 minute wait. I decided to try these guys. I have been to others and always enjoyed the food. Maybe it was the bad day that made it taste better, but their preparation was better than I had ever experienced. Had the Steak Gorgonzola-Alfredo, just delicious. I sat at the bar/cafe because Im an adult and thats where the best service is...in any restaurant with a bar. They were extremely friendly! This really lifted me up. Thanks!

Ive been here 3 times and everytime I come they have messed up my food order. In the food that I do receive usually tastes terrible, like it doesnt have any seasoning on it. Also sometimes the management doesnt seem coordinated having enough staff supporting the right areas and one time didnt even care that people werent being served because they were sitting at the bar drinking while they only had one person serving the entire seat yourself area.

Stopped by during busy hours in the evening , there were plenty sittings inside but they would not sit you . Either not enough staffed or whatever management reason . Asked to wait for 15 to 20 min and who knows how long more when food ordered . We decided to leave and went to "pasta plus " cozy Italian restaurant . Best food , service and prices are not higher then we would pay in Olive gardens . Leave and try pasta plus .
