Service at the bar was 100% horrible. But happy hour specials covered it. Would we be back HERE? Absolutely not, is the answer. It took a very-long-time to get our food and even more of a longer time to get our drinks. Everyone around us was bitchin about the service and mad. This is a very clean and very nice place but the management has their head in the toilet. Nobody working here knows what theyre doing. When we got our food it was sitting on a long time and cold. 0 star for happy hour food, 1 star for happy hour drinks and 1 star for a clean place. Thats 2 stars! Next TGIF Fridays that we go to, will not be here. And if you want real ghost pepper wings, go to Buffalo Wild Wings and get their ghost pepper wings. They will make a real man cry... Not children ghost peppers here. Lame... Buffalo Wild Wings beer specials are better too. How can the management just roll their eyes over their reviews? A years worth of one stars aint enough? Very sad place... Ya think? At this point, you think the owner is contemptible?

While visiting my credit card information was stolen from this store and they charged $1,031 to my card. I know for sure that this location was the one that took my card because I had two charges to my card at that location on my statement, one for 38 which was for my bill and the other was for 70 at the exact same day. This is the 4th incident that has happens at a Friday’s location to me. However this was the worst incident. When contacting the store they respond with “there is nothing they can do” as this in my mind this tells me that more than just one person is involved. Edit: After returning to the store with a police report and speaking with the general manager all was made good. Overall the managers team is great and i just wish that people in this area were more caring and customer service was better. but hey Maryland is a place were people think they deserve the world and should give the world nothing. All I can say is wow... That was the worst experience Ive had in a while and I travel for work and eat out more than at home. I rarely leave reviews unless a place consistently goes above and beyond. This is my first negative review. I was promptly seated by a pleasant hostess and was told that David would be serving me. I sat for about 20+ minutes watching David wander around and talk with co workers. He knew I was there because he walked by and looked directly at me. Keep in mind, this was around 4pm and they were not busy. Next thing you know, a couple walks in and David wanders over takes their drink order. That was it, I got up and asked to see a manager. After waiting 10 minutes for a manager I just walked out. Ive had nothing but good experiences at other Fridays so I think this is an isolated management problem. Unfortunately I cant comment on the food.

Bad, unfriendly service, sat for 20 plus minutes after being seated before server came to table. Rushed drink order then plopped down eye glasses in a very angry fashion. Orders took long and cane back wrong.... Just wings, burgers and endless appetizers took 35 minute to come out. Couldnt have conversations with my table cause of the Blazer loud club DJ spinning tunes. If I wanted to go to the club I would have went to the club. When food arrived it all tasted like it was rushed in the same way it was dispersed on our table, like the servers had some place better to be. Even took a long time to get our bill after asking for it... Oh got that song too. One of my worst time at TGIF ever!!!! Did I mention the brawl between a customer and a worker as my party walked into the restaurant.....???? Should have followed my instinct a turned right around.

Came in at a little before 10pm. Sitting down was the easiest part of the evening. Service was the slowest of any restaurant you could think of. Our appetizers which included: hot wings and mozzarella sticks, cane out before our drinks did: a slushie, Dr. Pepper, Diet Coke, Raspberry Iced Tea. The iced tea was regular tea and not Raspberry, nor would they fix it. Not once was I asked for a refill yet on the menu it clearly says free refills, while the waitress had walked back and forth multiple times. A Jack Daniels burger, came with no Jack Daniels sauce. Coming in from Ohio, I would highly recommend going elsewhere. Had to edit because, the people next to us got here before us, left after us, and seated another group of people at the same table without cleaning it off. This place is an absolute JOKE.

I will never eat here again. The service was terrible. We didnt receive our drinks till after the meal. My family and I ordered waters and sweet teas. I ordered a 10oz ribeye medium it came out well done. They took forever to bring out my shrimp and cocktail sauce. The waiter entered our order at 8:58pm we finished eating around 9:30pm. We asked for our checks then and he didnt bring them out till 10:54pm. More than an hour after we asked. When we finally received our check it was wrong. He over charged us and added items to the check we did not purchase. When we complained to the manager he said he was handling but then went into the bathroom. The waiter never checked on us through out the meal so I never had the opportunity to have my steak cooked the proper way. We will never dine there again.

Decided to eat here on a late Saturday night with my girlfriend. The atmosphere seemed uneasy. There was a police officer on duty there. From the looks of things it was very much needed. We had to ask for napkins and silverware several times while eating our appetizer. I guess they decided they were going to bring it when they wanted to because we didnt we receive them until they brought the entrees out. I ordered the Jack Daniels Chicken & Shrimp. The chicken was tough and dry. A person other than our waitress brought our food out. I asked him, "Could I have some cocktail sauce please?" He responds with, " Yeah shell get it," and walked away. It was rude to say the least. I will never eat there again.

We were in town for a few days visiting D.C. We had dinner on a Friday night, it was super busy, but the service was OK, that was expected on a Friday night. On Sunday night we went back to dinner and we had no service. The place wasnt busy at all. We were seated and told our server would be over to get drinks. We waited 20 minutes and no server ever came to our table. Two or three servers kept going by our table, but never bother to ask us for drinks or our order. Finally at the 30 minute mark, we got fed up and just left. I let the host know of the situation and she gave me a quick and rude apology. Very unprofessional, Ill just take my money and go somewhere else.
