When this location first opened, I would go at least once a week. The level of service, or lack there of, coupled with the quality of the food has caused me to refrain from going. Last night I went there for "Happy Hour" with friends. The only food specials included onion rings, fried pickles, jalapeno poppers and a couple of other apps of which no one was interested. Even TGI Fridays offer $5 wings for HH. The only HH drink special was $1 off canned beers. Who drinks canned beers? The service was absolutely horrible. Bess, our waitress had no sense of urgency and seemed bothered whenever we wanted to order food or drinks. She didnt offer us any blue cheese or ranch dressing. She didnt provide us with silverware either. Because she would wonder off for long periods of time, I was forced to eat my boneless wings with my hands since they get hard when cold. Ive had several experiences such as this which has resulted in me going there only to purchase bottles of their Mango Habanero or Blazing sauce to put on my homemade wings. They are almost always out of these two sauces so I always call before I go. Since they always ask if Ive ever had these sauces as a precaution to the level of spice, I dont think that many people come in to purchase them. Therefore, I think that whomever does the ordering simply needs to do a better job.

Went to the Lanham/Bowie location for lunch with coworkers and it wasnt good. Tons of servers standing around doing nothing in a very busy restaurant while your food is getting cold in the window. 45 min later, I received my wings and fries completely lukewarm to cold. Service wasnt great. Very slow. I figured ok they just opened up, so Ill give them another try at a later date. Second time around 3 months later wasnt any better. Servers still standing around during a busy lunch, cold wings and ordered what they called a "salad". I dont think shredded lettuce as in lettuce you put in your taco is a "salad". What a joke. I drive farther down 450 to Glory Days where I know my wings will be hot and fresh from the fryer and the servers are more attentive to your needs. Two thumbs down for Buffalo Wild Wings.

So...where do I begin? I am a loyal customer. Been one for about 5 years. Found this place and turned many onto it and the other franchises in the vicinity. Do I occasionally get the wrong order? cold food?...whatever else ticks folks off?...yes. But, I would wait to see if it was a pattern of performance before posting it here! I like this place because it is #whatititis...a wingery. Want fine dining...shouldve gone there. For those who want a good time with wings & beer...thus is your Utopia! Plus games aplenty on multiple big screens! Yup! I give it an 8 just cause theres always rooM for betterment... ...and because only #nerds got 9s where I come from... #BWWrulz!

Buffalo Wild Wings does not adequately staff its bar sometimes which results in unresponsive or slow service. Burgers are only served cooked medium-well which doesnt give the customer a choice, which is important to me. Draft beer prices are expensive during happy hour. Competitive bars in the area are much less expensive. Wings are the best food choice. Build your own burgers have been removed from the current menu. When you ask a bartender for a game controller, they act like they are being bothered. Enjoy the multitude of TV screens but pay-per-view fights are not offered unlike other locations. Good place to watch sports and have some drinks.

If I were not a big fan of Buffalo Wild Wings, and my first visit were to this particular place, I would never visit another one. Horrible service! Ten minutes after ordering the special Bloody Mary, the waitress told us the bar was out of the mix. We then ordered a classic margarita. Although there were margarita glasses at the bar, ours came on a soft drink glass, with ice filling up to 3/4 of the glass, and very poorly made. After this, we asked for our bill and left, with a promise we will never come back. The Buffalo Wild Wings Organization should consider making a surprise visit to this place, and take serious correct I actions.

I placed an order for pick up. Asked for a 12:30pm pick up time. I figured more than enough time for my food to be hot when I arrived. NOT!! I arrived at 12:15PM the food was ready for pickup however the wings were cold. Not even lukewarm. The fries were fresh hot out the fryer. The chicken had too much sauce which totally drowned out the flavor of the chicken. I wont be visiting this particular location. The last time I went with a group of companies workers...approximately 7 of us arrived at 1215PM. Placed our order by 1225 but didnt get our food until almost 1:30pm. The place wasnt even crowded.

Our waitress Sarah was prompt and kept our drinks filled. We also asked for the Buffalo chips to be well done and they were! (We ask for this at every BWW and it only occasionally happens.) Food was served hot and in a timely manner. We were greeted when we came in and thanked by multiple staff members on the way out. The restroom was clean and well stocked. The restaurant itself seemed a little older and worn out than other BWW weve been in which is the reason for the lower ratings on the decor and atmosphere but this wouldnt keep me from coming back again.

Servers are friendly but not to be found when you need them. They seem to have a quota on napkins. We got only 3 for 2 people eating finger food including wings. Could not find server to get a fork so ended up eating olives with my hands. Food was ok, nothing special. Not many vegetarian or low fat offerings. Always takes a long time to get the check and have credit card processed so sometimes I just leave cash and dont bother waiting because again servers not to be found. Takes a long time for food to arrive. Sometimes long waits for a table.

Never been a HUGE fan of this venue, but this visit was better than most. I mean, we actually got a server after about 5 minutes. The music is a little loud and inhibits conversation, but I understand... Its a happy hour bar in a College town. At least our server, Juliet, was happy, peppy, and generally cordial. The food wasnt too bad this round, either. Oh, and the Spicy Passion fruit margarita was really good... Even if it wasnt hand shaken, served tableside, as the menu suggested.

Ive been waiting years for a real sports bar to open in College Park, and the day has finally arrived. This Buffalo Wild Wings has enough flat screen televisions to cover every angle of the restaurant and they broadcast a wide variety of games. They offer a very great selection of beers on tap, and the food is delicious (try the Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sandwich!). They also offer wing specials Monday-Thursday, as well as monthly beer specials. Check out this hoppin spot!

7 outdoor tables were empty but apparently still told to wait 30 minutes for a table - cheap wing promotion must have scared their staff from being able to serve the 1 full table outside I returned this last Wednesday and asked for an outdoor table..... I was then ignored for 15 minutes waiting at the table for service ..... I left came back - asked the server if he had been notified that I was outside earlier and he said no... Seems a disconnect is occurring.......
