I went for my first time and told "Tracy" I wanted spicey curry chicken with vegetables. I asked her to repeat my order to make sure. I also orderd appetizer or Crab Rangoon for $4.00. I recieved my tightly stapled shut brown bag and went for home, to enjoy my meal. When home I opened the contents and found, they had given me the wrong order. I calle "Tracy" and told her about this. she said, "OH, so sorry. I misunderstood you. We get it right next time." I told her I would like my next time to be comped on the house. And Tracy replied; with, "Oh, no, owner not happy about that." And I dont think you will be either. The place is barren inside. No decor AT ALL, except for a dingy red rug, that came with the place. Oh, and the Crab Rangoon? I did not detect ANY crab, and it was undercooked, very doughy. This is the worst Chinese "cuisine" I have ever had the displeasure to order. Good Luck!

One hundred percent satisfaction. Just coming into town for the first time, I did not know where to go. I was guided here by a local and was certainly not steered wrong! The menu is large and I hmmed and hawed for quite a while between some good suggestions and explanations from the staff. Again, not steered wrong. My meal was excellent, everything was cooked perfectly - the balance of flavors and unique ingredients was not only a surprise, but a pleasure to devour.

I wanted to respond to the other review that was posted on this site. I have never had an issue with the food here. I wouldnt say that its amazing. If you want really good Chinese food go to Joy Wah in Bellows Falls, but when I want Chinese food here in Springfield this place is good. It is your average Chinese food place, nothing special, but not bad. I have never gotten the wrong thing when I have ordered from this restaurant.

Great, fast enjoyable service. If youre looking to get your chinese food fast and take it out to eat, this is a great place to order from. I have ordered here for years and have never had a bad experience. I tend to call my order in and leave a few minutes later. The food is there waiting and I can pay and take it home fast.

The food us usually fast, hot & delicious. I get the lunch special which includes soup and I usually have enough left of the meal for lunch the next day. My only complaint was New Years eve. I was told an hour. At 2 hours I canceled my order and left. Apparently nobody likes to cook on New Years eve.

Very kind employees and I like the food for its good price and good flavor, Ive never had an issue with this place at all and I feel as long as youre not stuck up you shouldnt have an issue with the decor. Really, Id prefer higher quality food over a flashy restaurant with bad food.

I placed an order for pickup and was told it would be 40 minutes. I waited 50 minutes and arrived to a GIANT line waiting for food. I ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes. If its going to be an hour and a half then just let customers know that. Poor customer service.

Good selection on memu, also willing to make changes if you ask. Good food. Quick service. I order Take-Out. Normally only 10/15 minutes later, I can pick it up. Prices are very reasonable. (Compared with similar) Inside is a minimal size seating area.

Best Chinese in the entire world. I have never gotten something I did not like in the decade I have gone here. Plus they have by far unbeatable prices. Joy-wah and Imperial Garden have nothing on this place!!
