The waitress took at least 8 minutes to ask us what we would like. Ordered two glasses of wine, BOTH glasses were dirty, you can feel the grit on them let alone see the grit. Waitress brought out two more glasses, and one them was AGAIN, same spots and grit on glass. I just happen to look down at my silverware a freakn sauce stain on my napkin!! Thank goodness they FINALLY brought out something clean when asked for new silverware. On top of that we sat facing the kitchen. Trash and food all over the floor. Not a pretty site to see while eating. My girlfriend and I were hungry I wanted to leave but she wanted to stay. Never again will I come back. You would think the Olive Garden in West Springfield will out do the one in Springfield. It didnt, by a long shot! Mind you I never been here I dont write reviews, and only been to the other Olive garden in Springfield, 3 times. Im very dissatisfied with what I just experienced! Will NOT come back!

I need you to imagine a 99 restaurant, make it Italian and its suddenly a Olive Garden. The place has a positive family atmosphere that is also pseudo-fancy. The wait staff is efficient at moving people in and out as quickly as possible to maximize profit while still supplying your endless breadsticks and soups. Overall its a fine place to bring a date or friends but its darn expensive. The food itself is fairly bland. Its either bland or its salty as heck. The unlimited soda generally makes the food more tolerable. Its definitely the social aspect and not the food that brings me to Olive Garden. Loaded with carbs and fats and none of it feels satisfying ad much as it feels sickening. The payment systems with kiosks on the table that split the checks however many ways is genius and works amazingly for groups, so kudos. Very clean, nice staff, boring food, pricy, and socially appealing.

The kiosk at the table did not work on top of waiting a half hour to get a table the little thing they give you to notify you your table is ready never went off so after a half hour we asked and they said they buzzer things werent working. Then we go to pay at the end and the kiosk at the table froze. On top of that the dinners we bought came with very little pasta although they were tasty and our waitress was great it didnt make up for everything else. Pasta is inexpensive and when I get chicken parm and theres more chicken then pasta we have a problem! Portions need to be a lot bigger for 16 dollar meals!

Was seated at this restaurant for 15+ minutes and no one even can to take a drink order, hostess sat a gentleman and child across from us about 10 mins after we areived and she offered to get his drinks, 5 minutes later waitress appears and takes their order without even a moments glance at us to tell us shed be right with is. We got up and left and informed the hostess her table was empty, her response. "Yup,ok" emailed the manager and sent a customer service complaint through their website. Not one response in 24hours. Time will tell, Ill update of hey ever contact me

At Olive garden today at 3pm asked for table not a booth for 4. 2 people were handicapped. We were told by the hostess that no tables were available even though the restaurant only had a few people in it. I said you dont have one table she said we have tables but no servers for them. I said well I guess we need to go to another restaurant and she said I guess so. As we were leaving she was telling a waiter why we were leaving and they were both snickering. I guess Olive garden is doing such great business they can turn people away

Typical standard restaurant chain food. Ordered spegitti with meat sauce. Served hot, noodles well drained, however the was maybe 3/4 cup of sauce and very little meat. Wife ordered cheese ravioli which came out hot and plenty of sauce. Salad was made with very fresh lettuce, tomatoes, & olives. Service was a little slow. Main reason for 3 stars is the aisle ways are too close, providing barely enough room for two people to pass. Had someones butt on my table more than once.

The dining room where we sat was somewhat untidy. There was trash and food on the floor. There was also a musty smell in the dining area and I witnessed a waitress bringing patrons their food and her ponytail was swinging over the platter she was carrying increasing the chance of hair getting in the food. They should wear hair nets.

Ordered takeout last night and got the chicken parm, service was fast but the food was contaminated. The chicken parm was the only meal i ate last night and shortly i developed food poisoning symptoms and now have to spend my weekend vomiting and lying in bed ruining my pajamas.

The food is not the same as the other Olive Garden places, soup wasnt well prepared. Seating are small and not comfortable, silverware where dirty. Weve asked water with lemon, the lemon was rated. Not very impressed. Although I love OGDEN, not this place.

What are you doing reading a review for the olive garden? Its the McDonalds of Italian food and is the same anywhere you go. I dont know why my wife loves this place but maybe shes into low hanging fruit, like meet choice in a husband. Im sad now.

Took at minimal 20 mins for a simple pasta. After receiving the pasta it was drowned in sause that I could only guess was bought at a grocery store in a can, the desert was alright but at that point my appetite was ruined.

Food was mediocre and over priced. Did not pay for the quality, it was very disappointing. Service was also terrible, the restaurant was not particularly busy and it took a long time to have our party of four served.

Excellent! The food was delicious, the service was great and the manager on duty that night of Friday, May 12th was so kind, thank you for such wonderful service. I really enjoyed the lobster ravioli!

Good food but our waitress i guess had an emergency or her shift was off because a new waitress came by it was just rude and ridiculous that we had to wait all that time to order our food.
