My friend & I have been going there for years & today Sunday 2/20/11 we went & enjoyed a meal with some wine the service at the table was great but then we moved to the bar for a cocktail or two(my friend was driving & ordered soda which is normal we always do that most of the staff knows us) the bartender was so rude(she was new) we couldnt even get a bar menu or anything well heres when it all starts after our wine we ordered one drink then my friend ordered a soda we planned to stay for another hour maybe hour & a half & the bartender started to give me a hard time so we got ready to leave & I told the hostess that knew my friend & me well that we wouldnt be coming back she asked why because weve been going there for years so I told her why & she said not to leave she was getting a manager so I talked to the manager & he was in agreement with me that the bartender was rude but I want her fired so unfortunately I wont go back to that branch Ill be going to the one in West Springfield, MA where the bartenders arent so katty. Ill also be going to corporate with this info.

After 14 years of marriage my husband and I enjoy a night out every other weekend, our experience at this location was HORRIBLE! Our waitress left us sitting 28 minutes before she remembered to bring our drinks, forgot appetizer plates and told us she had no idea what she was doing because she was new, we get that, we all start out somewhere, right! Well I ordered the Lobster Ravioli and Sirloin, I have a bite of the sirloin to my husband and then took a bite, I have NEVER had a chewier cut in my life, we both spit it out and called the waitress over, she apologized and left to speak to a manager, after that she disappeared and didnt come back, we were not addressed by a manager at all, the food was dismal, poor quality and beyond sub par! After visiting this location 4 years ago we were reminded why we hadnt been there in so long!

Olive Garden is consistently good chain restaurant food. Our server Sara(h) was excellent, attentive and pleasant. She gets 5 Stars! We were there for a late repast and all was as it should be except for the drinks. I ordered the Green Apple Moscato and my daughter ordered the Raspberry Lemonade. Both drinks were made with a more than a generous addition of syrup rendering them almost undrinkable. We drank our water while waiting for the ice to melt. For those people that like extra sweet drinks it would have rated 5 stars. Olive Garden is our go to place for soup/salad although we occasionally eat full meals earlier in the evening. We will return. One slightly off night doesnt color our judgement.

It was good overall. We sat at the bar for drinks and appetizers. The food and beverages were great But TV was silent and no music to distract me from the man behind the bar. He was with regulars I guess, but he kept talking, talking and talking. He wasnt quiet for a second. Waiting for our bill, never offered to ask if we needed anything. The bartender, a woman was very busy. Offered no help, just kept talking ... doesnt have to do anything besides make me wish I didnt wear my hearing aids. My husband and myself enjoyed the game machine, but still all I could hear was his insistence in talking. Please tell him to stop talking and actually ask if anyone needs anything.

My family and I went to Olive Garden in enfield and my daughter just loved going there. One of the waiters that we have seen there before was really nice to her and she remembered his name. He made such an impact on her. They all made her visit a very happy one and she laughed and behaved the best I have ever seen her. She is only 4 years old, and i would go back to this one anytime. The crew on that night was wonderful.

We found a bug (large garden variety beetle) in the salad, it was removed from our table and the server said she told the manager. The manager never came, the server checked back in with us to see if the manager came over, when we told her no she said she would go get the manager. In the end we never saw the manager, no apology was made, and the issue was never addressed by the restaurant.

Great Lunch Specials. So many lunch specials and combos to pick from. Excellent grilled chicken over cavatappi with asiago garlic alfredo. Fantastic bar server. Attention to detail. Great presentation and follow-up. Very good ice tea and as requested plenty of extra lemons. Very clean. Easy access and ample parking. Looking forward to working through this menu.

The salad waz really vingerie and th first bread sticks we got were hard & they use the cheapest olive they could bring u to th table for bread sticks it has no flavor and its almost clear I assume they do that to save money most olive gardens have real olive oil not clear refined liquid I wont b back to this establishment

Not only do I love the food at Enfield Olive Garden I also bartend and serve at this location and have for close to a year and Im still impressed with the new dishes that they create and the consistency in the ability to deliver an amazing dinning experience to each and every customer including myself.

The service waxes and wanes sometimes outstanding sometimes not. The food is usually what you expect from Olive Garden last visits we had a few issues which I didnt expect but the management made amends quickly.

I have been to other Olive Gardens and none of them were as pleasant as this was. The server was excellent and went out of her way to get us everything that we needed. The food was great also.

Service was good. Food was subpar got a whopping 4 shrimp in my scampi and a ass load of 99 cent pasta for 50 bucks. Will never go back, suck it olive garden.

Restaurant looks nice great atmosphere but most of there food is pre cooked. I ordered the tour of Italy and it was more like tour of TV dinners.

Their salad is ok and the bread sticks. I like their chicken palm. Yon can get refills on salad and bread sticks. Chicken Alfredo is good also.

Its not so much that I disliked it, rather just not impressed. Its a chain restaurant so the food is not that special. Service was great though!

Olive Garden offers the best traditional spaghetti and meat balls. I love it! I love their salad too, especially the black olives.
