Every time I go to Taco Bell I order something theres always something wrong with it almost every time in order for me to get my Food right I have to go back the next day and complain then they make good on it I would rather the first time go right and pay for my meal they skimp on the meats expecially I order a the triple steak burrito I dont know why they call it triple steak burrito and consists mostly of rice in very few pieces of steak the Taco Bell on 231 East Main Street is the only place I have these problems so FYI if you do buy something from this place check your food before you leave otherwise when you get home youre going to be surprised 95% of the time I order food from this place and bring it home its not right I do not like complaining to the managers or staff too much because Im afraid that my food is going to be spit in because somebody that is working in the gets mad because I complain is a shame that I Im afraid to complain about food that is not done right Ive been living in Westfield for 23 years and when Taco Bell first open they were good but for some reason not anymore always an issue every time so good luck when you visit...

I usually have a half-way decent experience, but tonight I ordered a $5 box meal, because who doesnt love those cinnamon twists? Get home, to realize that not only was there no box, but literally half of the meal (excluding the soda) was missing from the bag. I got a chalupa and a soft taco, but no burrito or twists. Called a few times but no one answered. Why the gods, in their infinite wisdom, deigned me unworthy to enjoy a handful of hot, crispy, cinnamon delights is beyond the reach of a mere mortal as myself, but one day, when the stars align, I will have my just reward.

Waited at the drive-thru for 10 minutes behind somebody that was served to be told that they are no longer serving people they never once acknowledged me and the manager was incredibly rude and hmmmm me ACKNOWLEDGE your customers. I waited in the same line as the guy ahead, then as I drive away your manager slams the drive thru window.

The food was great, the manager Kim is amazing I watched her handle and angry customer that went through drive through with ease and a smile on her face & so nice, lets just say that customer left much happier then when she walked in... way to go she deserves a raise good job!!!

Saw manager smoking outside and then went back in and didnt wash her hands and touched food . Then we were served and got yelled at for having a therapy animal in my jacket , and was a bearded dragon and hes harmless. And she was vary rude

Not impressed. Ordered food, checked my order after driving home for 20 minutes... I am missing the main burrito I ordered. I am not even driving back, just done with tacobell from now on. Wendys got it right.
