I come to this location a lot only because I live so close and the next closest one is pointless to drive to. With that being said, I really should start going to Cromwell. I ALWAYS have to correct my order with certain employees, and they get mad that Im fustrated. Why am I fustrated? Because I just waited for 3 cars in front of me FOR 20 MINUTES and now Im wasting an extra five minutes for my order to be corrected (because everything is done at a snails pace) because you cant get it right in the first place. Either listen better, learn how to read, or get another job. Second, when you have a customer service job, be respectful and polite to the customers who are paying for your food and dont ask "youre here again" yeah Im here again. Whats the issue? I could go on and on, but honestly. The customer service is terrible. But Ill give props to Luke, hes always on his game. Never had a problem with him.

Good location. Open seasonally with last day being the end of October. This is the classic walk up window/drive through Dairy Queen. There is ample parking and outdoor seating. My only issue with the drive through is the extreme incline at the exit causing you to scrape the bottom of your bumper on a normal bottom clearance car.

Ordered a box of Dilly bars and a frap. Got the box of bars after waiting 5 minutes, then the frap was done after another 5 minutes of waiting in the heat outside. So now my 5 bars are melting, but at least the thing I was going to consume immediately, was still cold.

I got terrible food poisoning from a blizzard it tasted really off like a bit old. plus if you take peek inside youll see that its very unsanitary and messy. I will not be coming here again
