The worse service !! Walked in and a bunch of people waiting to pay. Employees were walking up and and walking away without saying a word to waiting customers. All whom were discussing just leaving because none of the employees were paying attention. After asking to be seated it took 10 minutes before anyone even spoke to me. Keep in mind there are about 7 employees working and sectioned off a part of the restaurant because it wasnt so busy. The food came out extremely fast. Too fast, like drive-thru window, which made me skeptical. And sure enough, all my food was cold. I got the country fried chicken. Which didnt look like or taste like chicken. I was not even halfway done with my food before I was brought the check and when I was finally ready to go I was going to ask for a box to take uneating food to homeless but Im writing this as Im waiting for my waitress to come back so I can ask for that box. And she proceeds to run up to me while Im paying for my food and asked if I wanted to go box. The worst service Ive had at a restaurant hands down. I stopped going to Dennys because I thought the food taste better at IHOP but not the case at this location ! Will be back

The food is good as in any other IHOP, but on this particular location service seems to be slow, we were sat pretty quick, but it took easily 25 mins or more before someone took our order, we thought this was a one off and let it go since we (my family and I) have been eating in Ihop for years, we went back 3 other times with similar experience, so we decided to avoid this location. Today after about 2 months we came back since it is the closest location to our house, unfortunately it doesnt seem to had change. We were just standing up to leave after waiting 10 minutes for someone to take our order, and the waitress finally showed up, we decided to stay as the little one was hungry and didnt want her to have to wait longer. While waiting we saw at least 4 other groups leave after waiting. There were not a lot of customers and there seem to had been enough employees to help in a timely matter, which was the same in previous occasions.

Desgraciadamente fuimos a llevar a mi suegra a desayunar y nos encontramos con los cubiertos sucios. Fuimos 3 adultos y las 3 cucharas estaban sucias. Le llamamos al mesero y llamó al supervisor para arreglar el problema. Nunca nos había pasado esto antes. Pero las personas que se encargan de lavar los trastes deben tener más cuidado o por lo menos los supervisores estar más al tanto

Un asco de servicio, entramos al restaurant y nos tomaron la orden a las 9:30 de la noche, se llego las 9:50 y la comida no llegaba, hasta a esa hora metio la orden el mesero, esperar otros 25 min el hombre estaba platicando con otros meseros, el local estaba sucio, definitivamente no vuelvo a ese lugar. Lastima porque me gusta la comida

IHOP is the closest restaurant to my house and now there is no reason for me to eat there ever. There is not a single healthy item on the menu. They used to have a salad with a vinaigrette dressing, which they recently replaced with blue cheese and ranch dressing. Yech! I looked forward to the other salad and was deeply disappointed to learn that it has been removed from the menu. IHOP does a good business here. There are often lines, which is unfortunate because most of its customers are severely overweight and unhealthy. What more can I say about a restaurant that makes it customers sick, slowly killing them and provides no healthy choices?

horrible, as the manager and the girl (Nancy) who works there to in the morning I went in there for my Free birthday pancakes, I pre-order them so i dont get to work late and they had them ready go. thatd not my complaint, is the fact that I showed them my email stating I get free pancake and they ask me to print it out because it has a code, so I print it out once at wwork and its EXACTLY. the same as my email I show them with no code. I called back and explain to them how come they didnt take my email if its exactly the same as the print out. NO CODE! they had me waiting on the phone for 10 mins until I hunged up. ridiculous!

I love IHOP, but this one is a little underwhelming. Its not the service, or the food. In fact, those are fairly good for IHOP standards. Its the crowd; Not the fact that it always has a big crowd, but specifically the fact that most of the crowd is ghetto. It ruins the experience of IHOP when you have to sit next to someone that looks like they belong in section 8 housing. The best time to come to this one is before 9:30 AM. That seems to be about the time that the ghetto people wake up.

I was greeted with a smile and seated right away. The server took our drink order right away and took our food order after bringing our drinks. It did take a while for our food to arrive but the server was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed and checked to make sure our food was good. The food itself looked very appetizing and tasted good. I love the strawberry syrup here. I will definitely return here.

We gathered for a ladies holidays lunch. We were warmly greeted by the owner and waiter. I choose the tomato and artichoke soup. Incredibly smooth and flavorful and the artichokes are an amazing addition. One of the ladies asked for something special for her diet and they cooked it to perfection. I will definitely go back to try other items. And the atmosphere has a local hangout feeling that is comforting.

Really disappointed with this IHOP. Service has always been good, but the food isnt consistent, nor any good. Me and my daughter ordered the same thing, and what we got were two different things. On a busy weekend morning, when we normally go, my opinion is have cooks who can produce a consistent product. Outside of that, the place is clean and maintained. Just needs work in the kitchen.

I live across the street from this location. Called in and was told there was no wait. So I arrived 3 mins later to two rooms full of waiting people. Took 40 mins to be seated. Got the wrong food. Took 30 mins to refill my drinks and my wife needed to feed our child and wasnt let into the bathroom for 5 minuets because the janitor was "waiting all day to clean that specific one."

15min wait on a Sunday!! Service was incredible. Our waitress was attentive, got everything right, was timely, observing when we were ready for service. Food was great, as usual! Egg-white omelette, cheeseburger omelette, eggs bacon w hash browns plus two specialty orders of pancakes. I needed "a lot" of cream for my coffee. She didnt miss a beat. Always a good experience.

Avoid this location if possible. Especially at night. Service is slow. Each time I have been here it has been nothing short of a circus. Long waits, orders incorrect and cold food. I could have run home and come back before seeing anything edible this most recent visit. Staff is polite and apologetic...but they shouldnt need to be apologetic to begin with in my opinion.
