The food was blan and it came out cold (ordered a pastrami cheese burger w/ onion rings) waitress place order at opposite side of table and expected the rest of the party to pass it down (party of 6, 3 on each side). Requested extra lemon (like a little dish of wedges) drink came out with a single wedge and the extra never showed even after an aditional request. I get its hard to find good help but I would hate to see the other applicants if that service was acceptable. I know others that love this location, but Id rather not return again.

Classic food in a comfortable atmosphere. If you want a good, unpretentious meal in a comfortable unpretentious atmosphere, Jims is a good choice. The food is good and there is plenty of it at a good price. Relax and be yourself here because there is no judgement beyond satisfying service. This restaurant is on my Tooele short list.

I was surprised by this place. I had a turkey melt and it was very good! The turkey they used was deli style. Good toasted sour dough bread. I heard the wait staff talking to several customers and it was the home style good service youd see in a small town. I would certainly recommend this location when eating in Tooele.

We LOVE Jims !!! We love the service & warm family owned environment, the owner always comes out to greet everyone & most the staff is well known and stayed a long time, the food is amazing and very much home made, my boyfriend and I also like to surprise the customers by secretly paying their food tabs as we leave :)

I didnt like how my steak was cooked I asked for medium rare and it came out loonin like a maled animal lol and the plates are way to small.. If Im paying $20 it better be a big plate. The waitress was nice, and the pie is wonderful. Thats the only reason Im giving them stars

I was very unimpressed with my dinner and will not go back. I was really hoping to have a good family style dinner real mashed potatoes with Real gravy etc etc. So I will continue to search for something family style in Tooele (been here 3 days).

This place has good service in the morning but at night Ive always gotten horrible service waiting 15 minutes for our drinks and twenty to order and get our order messed up to top it off so if you do eat here do it in the morning

I ate here for lunch on the day we flew into Salt Lake International Airport from Pittsburgh. Instead I had breakfast.I really loved the service and the food here. I also ate here for breakfast on a Sunday morning. Not too busy

Im in town about every three months. I make it a point to eat ant least once per visit at Jims. The staff is always frendly and helpfull. The food is food and reasonably priced. Ive never had to wait for a table. A must visit.

It was ok. The salad was pretty good, turkey was great but the cooked carrots were a color and consistency that could only have originated on another planet. The waitstaff was extremely nice.

Clean restaurant and the service is always good. Food is well prepared but depending on the time of day and size of your group you may have to wait to be seated. Plenty of parking available.

Great place to eat. All places can scrrw up sometimes but it how they handle it that counts. Jims has wonderful food, and are very accommodating swapping the veg or pudding for fruit, etc

Waited for over an hour to get a seat for 9 people while they sat parties of 6 and 5 and then waited another hour 4 hour food and food was cold worst experience Ive ever had at this place

if you could combine applebees and dennys you would get JIMS. everything on the menu seemed to be a knock off of one of the above restaurants. they need to think outside the box...
