Customer service is horrible. Ive never work at subway but everyone knows when you order a breakfast sub it need to be toasted For a extra 30 sec or it comes out cold. Your subway card is important when you use it you get free subs. Never once will this place ask for it. If you want to go take your chance on the drive thru, good luck getting what you ordered and not some half butt made sandwich. The drive thru is simply great peace of equipment love it but the the people who make your sandwiche i feel need to be retrained on making something they can be proud of Lets take down something they would war. If I was the owner i would be embarrassed of my crew and my Subway youre spending all that money on the drive-thru and your store and youre not training your employees properly.

I was paying with a credit card. Their card reader kept asking for a pin so I asked the woman to please enter it manually. She wouldnt. After a few minutes of asking her to and her telling me the machine wont take my credit card without a pin she asked if I wanted to talk to the manager. I said that would be awesome. She walked to the back and called the manager, then returned to the register and asked for the card and manually entered it. It worked fine. I said "thank you" and headed for the door, she ignored me, so as I was leaving I said thank you louder, she flat out ignored me, as if any part of her lack of training was my fault. She had a pissy attitude. Horrible miserable employees here. Avoid.

Despite what the reviews have said in the past I truly enjoy subway. My experience is always good. The staff has always been more then happy to fulfill my requests. If it looks a littlr sparse Ive asked for a little extra and they have always been good about it. They are fairly quick, resturaunt is always clean and organized, and the atomosphere is very open and inviting. I have been here my whole life and subway was our favorite dinner out while growing up. Yes theyve changed. In time everything changes. Ill always love subway. Even more now because they provide some very healthy options for the public. Since Im pregnant I love it even more!

In the last 12 months that I have been coming here, nothing has changed. There is a high turnover rate and the newbies are stuck helping the customers and making the sandwiches while the more experienced are in the back doing something that no one really knows. There is usually just one person slowly, very slowly, making the sandwiches. You got a couple of people in line? You are looking at a 15 min wait. You got four in line? Theres going to be some time on your hands. If this business would just alter their ways slightly then it would be a win-win for everyone. But in this sorry state, it totally reflects on the managers and owner.

For a chain sandwich place a subway is a subway is a subway. Now the staff or building is where you have to make the judgment call. Lets just say the staff at this location arent the most professional. First time the gal was rude and was basically sneezing on everyones food. Second time there, same lady was even more rude looked up from stocking bins at us thinking that was the go ahead start ordering my wife starts the order. Nope obviously we were wrong she growled at us "When I talk to you thats when I will take your order" ok gotcha I guess you wont be taking our order. Needless to say we didnt order and wont be returning.

There is good reason why this location has no 5 star ratings. The girl who made my sandwiches today had such bad customer service skills It was hard for me to be nice. I work in customer service have for years and you have to fake it to make it some days but there was no effort on her part. I wish she had a name tag on I would make a special visit to her manager. I noticed the she had a attitude as soon as she started make the person in front of me sandwiches. She was snappy and rude. Had I not been so hungry and craving a sandwich I would have walked out. To bad the one in Walmart closes so early.

Literally spent 45 mins in the drive thru with only 1 car ahead of me. They forgot the drinks and chips, plus toasted my sandwich.. I hate hard bread. I could have gone to the grocery store and made my own sandwich and have it actually taste good for less than half the cost. When I asked the kid why there was only 1 person making sandwiches with a huge line behind me, he simply stated that he was a cashier and wasnt assigned to making sandwiches. Ha. The manager wont answer my phone call even though I know she was expecting my call. I wont be back. Talk about being hangry! Lol

Of the last 4 visits here (Drive threw) , my food as been messed up 3 times (No sauces, not toasted, wrong meats, and wrong bread. I checked my bag today before driving off and they forgot my chips and cookies. When I told the lady in the drive threw and she said "No I didnt" I said yes maam you did, she then very rudely stated "I know what I put in the bag." I gave it 2 starts because the cookies are great and sometimes there are mature adults working and its a better experience. The young ones working today were just loud and rude.

I have went to this subway twice, through the drive through and they just cant seem to get my order right. The last time I payed 2 bucks extra for bacon and they didnt get that right along with putting on the wrong condements and not toasting my sub. Its annoying to get home and find they screwed up my order. I really like subway, but this locations service has been very disappointing. I will not be returning there.

Easily the most incompetent, unprofessional subway Ive ever been to. Ordered 4 sandwiches and EVERY SINGLE ONE was incorrect. None were toasted, toppings were all mixed up. Then when I called to complain I was told that it wasnt their fault because they were busy. Incompetent, unprofessional and they have forever lost mine and 3 more customers business.

I went there yesterday , the woman making sandwiches spoke so softly I couldnt understand her, when she asked me what I had said I repeated louder, she got upset and defensive. I decided I did not want a sandwich after all amd she continues to be defensive and sorry. Grow up, speak so people,can hear you and quit being thin skinned.

Kids working are busy goofing around. I probably got almost 2 black olives on the sandwich. 8 little strips of onion, the two pieces of bacon on my foot long were a dollar each. They were good about washing their hands and wearing gloves, the bread is fresh. The sandwich its self is pretty sparse.

Feb-9-2015 I just went thru the drive thru at this location on Tooele Main. I asked for an Italian b.m.t foot long double meat and cheese, and all vegetables with oil and vinegar. I got dry as a rock bread, no vegetables, no oil and vinegar. Terrible. I will never ever go to this store again.
