Id rather do without pizza than to ever order here again horrible is an understatement for my customer service experience I ordered and was at home for 2 hours waiting on my food and was advised when I called in that they cancelled the order because they came to my house and was told nobody ordered pizza thats completely absurd considering no one else would answer my door but me or my husband and the door never rang they never called to say they were even here.... The gal I dealt with was so RIDICULOUSLY RUDE and was constantly talking over me I asked for her name and she wouldnt tell me asked for a manager and she hung up on me I Calle back and she told me the call was disconnected but u heard her hang up I will be posting this review on every site possible to save people from having my terrible experience!

I have always ordered from this place and the pizza has always been theeeeee best. Always ready for pick up in 20min. I dont usually order for delivery because I know it takes forever and order mistakes become more probable but that is the usual everywhere i have ordered from before not just here. The people I have encountered there are not the friendliest but they do their job and make sure Im getting what I ordered and as a customer that is really all I ask for.

Closing manger Reuin is not customer service professional, they messed up on my pizza almost 3 weeks ago and I had spiked to a different manger that was suppose to apply a credit to my account and the manger reuin was rude about it when I called to use the credit and said I didnt have one. So disappointed in how they manage situations like that. Never ordering from here anymore. Despite the fact they messed up on my order and didnt wanna replace or refund

Worst service ever! Ordered online when I got there they were dealing with a angry customer. My pizza is sitting there getting cold. 10 min later they are still dealing with her. One of the other employees tells me they cant ring me out till they finish the argument. At this point they have 2 registers and 5employees doing nothing. I keep waiting and finally give up and leave 30min later with no pizza. Even though the pizza was ready since I got there.

Horrible customer service, the guy who takes the orders over the phone sounds like he HATES his job & would rather be somewhere else. His voice is completely unenthusiastic, he sounds like he does not want to be talking to you, has no manners to even say thank you or have a nice day. Sadly, they are the only pizza hut that delivers in my area. Absolutely sad customer service! I would give you zero stars if I could.

I went in to the store last night and ordered 2 pizzas, and was quoted 15 minutes. We sat and waited for 45 minutes before we got our pizzas and then were given an excuse of, "The pizza stuct to the pan, so we had to remake it." When we got the pizzas they were both slightly warm.When I asked to be compensated for the wait and for the cold pizzas, the clerk just walked away. I will never again go to pizza hut EVER

they have really bad service my step son ordered pizza and boneless which him and my daughter ate then later were vomiting and with diarrhea.. so I call the next morning to let them know and he says ok we will watch out for any one else that calls us.... what do you mean you will watch out you could of at least said sorry and offered me something for free which I would have said no anyways .

Tolleson pizza hut has been one of the worst pizza huts I have ever ordered from its has been only one time that Ive had a HOT & DELICIOUS PIZZZA from this location worst pizza maker ever #caution# when ordering at this location the manger Ruin is a HOT mess, he has no customer service skills not sure how he is the manager sucks to be him...

Amazing pizza every time. Place runs out of stuff for specials cuz its so popular n delicious that specials are ordered past inventory. Ive never gotten a bad pizza from this place. Carry out is gen under 12 min. By the time I get in my truck n drive 5 blocks, its ready. Amazing flavors, thanks Pizza Hut

Very unprofessional , they take the order and address and dont deliver after they give u a time of arrival , i called back and they did not have no record of my order, they did not care nor apologized for their mistake I will not recomend no one to go there

What I miss most about Pizza Hut are the sit down buffet style locations and its a shame theyre fading away. But I will say I like that they open the box to make sure what Ive ordered is correct. Dominos and papa johns need to follow through with that.

I waited for about an hour for an order that shouldve only taken 15 min. maximum. They continued to tell me my order wasnt yet ready until someone told her that no one ever began making it at all! The sandwiches were fantastic, but not worth the wait.

They suck. They keep getting orders wrong or forgetting to make your food. They also drop F bombs and yell at each other in the back and you can hear them because the place is pretty small. This is just a low grade ghetto pizza hut.

Just went for dinner. Ordered 2 medium pizzas and ordered extra cheese,sauce and pepperoni and the pizza came with hardly any cheese, or sauce. We did get extra pepperoni! This place has gone down hill...
