Our first time here when they first opened was awesome but this time not so much. We ordered 3lbs crab legs and 1lb shrimp to go because I have a newborn. When we went in to get our order we planned on giving a cash tip rather than the card so we put 0 in the tip and was waiting for our food. We usually hand the cash tip when they get us our food for to go orders. While we were waitung for the food the server started making comments to other people that worked there about how we didnt tip and how could we afford the amount we spent in crab but cant tip. This was very embarrassing because if we could here it so could everyone in that area. Being so upset about her rude remarks she did not get a tip. When we got home we realized that they messed our order up and gave us 3lbs of shrimp and 1lb of crab with no seasoning. The shrimp was overcooked and the crab was undercooked. The manager was awesome when we called and remade our order and if it werent for him doing this I would have given it a 1 star. The remade order was good but the hassel of the back and forth and dealing with the obtuse server just ruined my appetite. The manager also said he would be addressing the front girl about her discussing money in front of the customers. For $75 I would rather go to red lobster take out. Not sure when we will be returning. The angry crab turned me into an angry crab yesterday.

Yuk. We had boiled crawfish and a special sampling of shrimp, mussels, snow crab and veggies. Did not like how they cook the seafood without ANY seasoning. The usual seasonings and oil (that are in the water where the seafood is boiled) is served on the side as a dipping sauce or can be mixed in the bag at the table prior to consuming. Terrible process. Terrible taste either way. We are from Louisiana so maybe our expectations were too high. Also, we did not feel our waitress adequately informed us of how this boiled seafood was prepared and served. Had we understood we wouldve tried fried seafood or another menu item. We did have a dozen raw oysters as an appetizer that were very fresh tasting. We had to ask for crackers and our waitress brought back "crackers" that are used to crack thru shells ie lobster/snow crab. $76.00 for 2 pounds of crawfish, 2 pounds of mixed seafood sampler, 1 dozen oysters, lemonade and 2 wines. Good luck, hope you have a better experience!

We loved it! I thought it would smell fishy but as we walked in I was so happy with the aromas! I read the menu and many reviews before going so I had a good idea what to order to suit my tastes and was quite happy with my choice. I had 1lb shrimp, heads removed, trifecta, zero heat and cajun fries. Wonderful!!! I also ordered cole slaw but it never arrived and they removed it from the bill when I brought it to their attention. Great staff, a little slow on taking our order but beyond that, staff was great. We were a party of 6 and everyone was quite pleased with their food. Some had onion rings, sweet potato fries, lobster, king crab and dungee crab. My husband complained there wasnt enough meat on his dungee to account for the price. I brought surgical gloves with me and glad I did, its quite messy. Great place!

Totally above all of our expectations. The seafood is amazingly fresh and the boils are so full and balanced. Our waiter, Steve, was one of the best servers we have ever had. He knew everything about the menu and listened to us to make sure we found the food and drinks that we would enjoy the most. The Traditional level 6 boil was made with Carolina Raper peppers and was one of the hottest and best tasting sauces that I have ever had. They have a full bar with a setup of craft and local beers that were obviously chosen to pair perfectly with the food. The atmosphere is exciting and the service was unmatched. Everyone from the managers to the hostesses and bussers were friendly and made us feel welcome and taken care of. If you are a fan of Hot n Juicy, you need to give this place a try.

Weve been to all the Angry Crabs in the valley and they are all great. It would be nice when people post reviews that they know what they are talking about. If you simply read the sign in Phoenix it states on "& BBQ", the Peoria(& Goodyear) location doesnt have this so why would you think they serve BBQ, amazing. As well being from LA is clearly not a criteria for knowing seafood, maybe Maine, Massachusetts, Florida, Oregon, Washington or Northern Cal might be more appropriate. All the Angry Crabs are great and have there own style. Great food and great people!! We frequently go and will continue!!

Place is always on point. Nothing like starting off the night with some oysters and finishing it with some crab and shrimp. Our kids love the gator bite baskets and chocolate cake. Weve been to 3 of the other locations but Elicia keeps us coming back to Peoria. Always the best service when youre in her section. So do yourself a favor and ask the hostess for her. Management Diana(if i remember correctly) is also amazing. She comes around to say hello, corrects any issues weve had in the past and is super great with the kids. If youre lucky you can take a selfie with a live lobster!

Been to other locations. .this one just opened up so we stopped in for a drink and a snack...sat at bar was quickly greeted . We ordered a Purple Haze and a Vodka Cranberry and gator nuggets. I loved the purple haze, girlfriend had a vodka cranberry, there was very little vodka in her drink she said. The gator nuggets were ok they are deep fried they were a little heavy and I love gator. The bartender checked on us alot which was kidda annoying but it is her job...we like coming here so we will probably be back...but make sure you have money to spend ..it is quite pricey....

Went to the Angry Crab Excited and Hungry. We arrive and went to the hottest N gave our information. We were told it would be 20 minuets No problem. 30 minutes later I walk inside to check our status and low and behold our name WAS NOT on a list. We were told they were looking for a place for us waited another 10 minuets but decided to leave. They need to get there iPad in working order, maybe thats the issue. When placing our name on the list it froze and when I tried to check our status the hostess was having issues with it again. Too bad I was really excited to eat there

Every single employee from the time we entered until we left were friendly smiling and gracious. Our servers cuz they changed right after our order was taken (thank you Brandon/Bret and Brody) you guys were amazing and both made sure we were good. The Cajun Margarita was awesome. The food was beyond. Thank you for afabulous dining experience. This was our second time here and definitely wont be out last. Just heed warning. ... 5 is like ghost chili and 6 took my breath away. Cuddos to your establishment and all of your employees.
