I love Chipotles food! Plus its responsibly raised, so I appreciate that. Everything is delicious, and you end up really full! I also love that you get so many customization options. Id bring it to 5 stars if two things improved: slightly lower prices (I pay the higher price because of the quality and ethics), and modifying certain aspects of service. My biggest peeve with Chipotle is that if they have a phone or fax order, they will interrupt the line to set it up. Its like someone is cutting in line! I dont care what promise they make on phone/fax orders, its rude to interrupt people who actually showed up and waited in line. Oh, you get to sit back and relax because you faxed it in? Arent you special! I deeply believe that these orders should be fulfilled in another part of the restaurant, so as not to interrupt the line. If Chipotle can make some modifications and create a win-win scenario, that would be awesome!

Chipotle doesnt have lemons available for anyone to take. Gotta ask and stuff. So Im leaving 4 stars in protest of this removed feature. Dont confuse my intentions. This Chipotle is solid. The team here seems to love the rush of it all and they are quite adept at serving the food. The place is kept clean and worth staying a while to eat there or sip away some delicious drink. There are like 2 other Mexican joints in the commercial area and Chipotle probably has the closest thing to an "organic" food eating experience.

I walked in and was second in line, usually Id get through the line fast but it took a good 5 minutes before they even acknowledged that I was standing there. Then the workers were more involved in their conversation than helping me. They forgot about my cheese crisps twice, so I walked out with two very crunchy/burnt Cheese crisps. They just laughed when they forgot tge second one. So disappointed, would never go to this one again.

Good portions and fresh food makes this a go to when hungry and looking for more healthy alternatives. You cant go wrong when looking for portion and healthy here. Plus, with deals for BOGO occasionally makes it enjoyable for the wallet when theres two hungry mouths.

The cashiers here have always been very nice with good smiles and great personalities, the person building your meal five out of six times has been miserable and makes me not want to go back. If it wasnt for the good food and nice cashiers I wouldnt be back.

This location is hit or miss. Some days it doesnt take forever to get your order completed and some days it does. Ive also done one online order with them but they completely messed it up... so never again.

Its so hot in this place. The air conditioning just doesnt seem to be on or work well. Customer service was great seeing they put very little meat in my hubbies bowl and they took care of it.
