Overcooked steak, disguised prices. We had a coupon for 2 - $9.99 meals. Much to our surprise, our meal came out to $34.00. The girl working the counter asked as we placed our order and showed our coupon, "What would you like to drink? Strawberry Lemonade? Coke? Etc.." To me, this implied your drink is included. I was not asked, "WOULD you like a drink" or "would you like to ADD a drink"? Obviously if people order drinks, they tip more money, so the Sizzler girls are trained to push drinks. Also, the lemonade was $3.00. My wife, who normally NEVER orders anything but water even fell for the trick. Sizzler- 1, Craig - 0. After adding onions and a loaded potato, our bill was loaded. THEN came the actual food and service. It took us a while to decide if we even had a waitress, good thing we waited... but she finally showed up and brought a dry piece of steak out, although I had ordered medium. The receipt said medium. Unfortunately, nobody told the chef, because he even put a well done stick in the steak. I ate the sweet potato fries (which were quite good) and a salad as I waited for our MIA waitress to come back. After 10 minutes, I went and found the next employee I could, asking if I could get another steak. After 15 minutes, my food had settled and I was no longer hungry, by the time they brought my steak out to me (which may have been the most UNFLAVORFUL steak of my life). I am not hard to please, and am not a food critic... I mean I love steak at CHILIS.... CHILIS. I do not plan on returning to Sizzler.

BAD SERVICE ALL AROUND AT THE 35TH SOUTH AND REDWOOD STORE...Cashier performance was below par...Waiter seated us next to the Ice Cream machine (hearing the engine roar was a delight)...the Cantaloupe was spoiled (the employee slicing this should have noticed the jello-like appearance)...Management was not very apologetic...our Waiter would later tell us the fruit had been replaced and that would be the last to see of him (Didnt we pay $2.50 for a Pepsi...what no soda re-fill?)...this same Waiter would later seat other customers and TELL them what to do rather than SUGGEST to them...Manager would later walk by us with no eye contact or apologies...Mistakes happen...MAN-UP and treat us like you would like us to return...simple customer service was all that was needed. The Money we paid for ALL YOU CAN EAT SALAD was the same money for lunch at CHUCK-A-RAMA.

This was the worst experience at any restaurant Ive ever had in my ENTIRE LIFE. I didnt only FEEL disrespected but was blatantly disrespected by not one but two employees to my face, and not subtly either. The hostess treated me as if I was a lower class citizen. Hell, I truly believe that if I had darker skin I would have been racially discriminated against. I truly hope that lightning strikes and burns that place to the ground. Im appalled. Those terrible things aside... the hostess didnt know the menu (which has like 6 things on it) and they messed up on my order, I got it corrected, then they still sent me home with cold food. GREAT JOB SIZZLER! YOU REALLLY SIZZLE

Terrible service! I will never go here again! My sister called and "reserved" the Banquet Room. Apparently on the phone they failed to mention it was first come first serve. A server spilled a drink down the back of one of the people in our party and turned and pointed at my 9 year old and blamed her and walked away. Three male managers were so busy hovering over the booth of 3 ladies that they were oblivious to the fact there was a room full of other paying customers. It was pathetic! My kids now shriek as they hear "Sizzler"...especially my 9 year old who was made to feel as though she ruined the party!

Sizzler is amazing. We had a large group and we were celebrating our fathers retirement party, they went above and beyond what a restaurant does. Without us even asking they decorated our tables with baloons, they bought us a cake, the servers were amazing. We did not have to ever "look" for our servers, they were always there to get us what we needed. The food was amazing, I have never seen a fresher looking salad bar with so many selections. My steak was delicious and juicy. I will be a Sizzler fan for life and will recommend to everyone i know who is looking for a great meal with a great experience.

Usually everything is great but tonight was a disaster! I always order my steak medium well and my friend gets hers medium rare. This time my steak was medium raw. Ugh! They were very busy so I didnt bother sending it back; our waitress had already knocked over one of our drinks and took quite a while before she came back with extra napkins. I was afraid if she took my steak back to the kitchen Id never see it again. Really disappointed in them tonight.

It was early on a Friday night. We walked right up to the order taker. Ordered. Took 20 mins to be sat down even with plenty of open seats in view. They was too worried about another group that had one person more than us. Drinks got warm and flat as we waited. Once sat we continued to wait. We finally got our food and it was over cooked. The cheese bread was over seasoned and the just didnt care about the service they gave anyone.

Very good service but food is not that great. The only decent thing was the steak. I had the Trio with chicken, steak and shrimp. The food was not fresh & dont have much flavour. They taste like frozen food that you can make at home. Staff was very nice & manager gave us $5 off. This is our first & will be our last time due to low food quality for what we paid. Ruby Tuesday is much better & more worth the $$$.

Its been awhile sense I or my family has gone to sizzlers but this locatioon is the bomb. Frank the general manager is so great. Cindy Gidget Michelle r all so awesome their whole staff is so great. My son is autistic non verbal most of the time but he knows how to get all their attentions he loves everyone there. Thank u guys for being awesome. Love u all

Came in because steak and unlimited shrimp was advertised on t.v. for $9.99. Walked in up to order and was told they are not doing that here and they ran out of shrimp. On top of that there was piss all over the bathroom floor and no paper towels. Who the hell is running this restaurant and still has a job?

Got the steak and shrimp and my Daughter had steak bites. My steak was well done, asked for medium fries looked old. And of course theres the fact that our server spilled my daughters drink on her and ruined her phone, got an Im sorry then never saw her again for the rest of our meal. Thanks

Everything was good, food was served fast I love that you can help your self at the salad bar while your food is getting cooked with good options to choose from and everything looked fresh and clean , the place feels cozy and relaxing and our server was really helpfull and friendly.
