We were behind schedule to make our movie as part of my familys birthday celebration, and our waitress, Chelsea accommodated us in every way possible! She was awesome! The food is always great, and the portions are generous enough that I had lunch the next day. I had the Lobster Bake for the second time, yum! I tried their mussels appetizer and was thoroughly delighted. Ill order them again, for sure. Caution: call ahead to put your name on the wait list (they dont take actual reservations) to avoid long waits and lines on popular evenings. Calling ahead was worth it!!! BTW: In the attached PHOTO I created this delicious meal from Red Lobster and enjoyed it the next day for lunch by combining my leftover mussels appetizer on top of my "Lobster.Bake" entree leftovers. Im DOING this DUO again!

We have been going to Red Lobster for years and Loved it. However when the Layton location changed the receipe for their Lobster dip we do not go very much any more. We went twice since and ordered the Lobster Dip and asked each time why they changed the receipe. Each time the waitress or waiter said that its the same as it always was. What an insult. We probably have eaten there longer than they have worked there . How dare they insult our intelligence. One waitress did say she checked with the cooks and they said no change. Why would they lie. It taste crappy anyone should be able to tell.

We were in town visiting family for the weekend. We ended up coming here for dinner on a Saturday night. Our group had a total of 16 people. We knew that no matter where we went for dinner, we were going to have a long wait. We were pleasantly surprised that it only took 30 minutes to be seated. We had two waitresses that were both very friendly. They were pretty fast to get all our drinks out and get our food orders. Everyone seemed to enjoy everything they ordered. The only thing that I have to complain about was that they messed up the checks. And it took 3 tried to get it right.

The waiter was great but we went for the "endless shrimp". Their business model appears to be predicated on limiting the food you eat through a lengthy preparation time on "refills". The waiter kept putting them in when we ordered and even allowed us to put in two orders since the kitchen was so slow. It was 20 minutes on average from order to delivery of the small refills of shrimp. This is similar to my experience at other Red Lobsters except or the extra effort from the waiter. Service was great, food was as expected good but not great, the kitchen was slow.

I have liked and disliked Red Lobster for many years. Never any consistency. Lately though it has changed. Regularly excellent service above average quality meals. The prices are up a bit, but not off the mark. Desert has even gotten better. Good seafood, good selection and good service. I am really liking what they are doing now. One small problem is the intersection to get there is royally messed up. All in all I am spending more time here and less time at the mall restraunt because of better everything. And usually a tad less crowded! Really improved!

I wouldnt even give this restaurant 1 star. Try being a black person walking into this restaurant and see if you get service? I waited a total of 30 minutes and no one came to the table to even greet me. Walked back up front asked for a manager. Brett Fraser, the manager on duty, gave me a 1,000 reasons why I wasnt greeted instead of taking care of me. Certainly, Ive eaten at Red Lobster before but Ive never encountered an experience such as this.

Who doesnt love Red Lobster Cheddar Bay biscuits? Those flaky, buttery biscuits are so good, I doubt you can eat just one! This place offers great food - the Parrot Isle Jumbo Coconut Shrimp are my personal favorite! Theyre large shrimp battered in coconut and served with this delicious Pina Colada sauce. This particular location has recently (in the last couple years) gotten a facelift and looks fantastic! Food and service were great!

Red Lobster is not the kind of place you go to for fine dining, and the quality of food and preparation reflect that, this is like going to Texas Road House instead of a quality steakhouse dining experience. It is what it is and for the pricing thats all that should be expected. For what you pay it is a worthy substitute for getting your seafood rush, so enjoy it for what it is. If you want better food, expect to pay for it.

First time here, staff was fantastic. We called ahead for seating and as soon as we arrived we were seated by our hostest. Nakisha was our waitress and she was fantastic and informative. I am not much of a sea food person but I got lobster tacos and they were delicious. I also tried the coconut shrimp for our appetizer with an amazing dipping sauce. Our waitress was very attentive for a Friday night!

I got the three pound lobster 67.00 my son and wife got the crab lovers 30.00 + 20.00 tip and drink total $150,00 not bad my lobsters claws a little under cooked . There crab pasta inedible had meat from bad part of the legs and alot of shell our waiter was worth the tip but did not make up for the bad meals.

Great food and great service!! I also love the complimentary cheesy bread. I wish they had smaller portions though, because I dont eat a lot and I had to take most of my meal home because I was already full from the salad, the cheesy bread and my drink by the time my main dish arrived.

Not a seafood fan so I ordered a burger. Pretty hard to mess up a hamburger right! Well guess what the hamburger tasted like fish and was dryer then the Sahara Desert. I had a steak here a few years ago that was awful too. On a positive note the Biscuits and tea were outstanding.

I frequent this restaurant at least once a month.. The service is usually good and the food is great.. Since they have remodeled it is much nicer.. If you watch there specials, it is well worth it.. If your planning on going there on the weekend, get there early.,..

Food and service were excellent. One minor problem...We asked for a sub and Devon said it was not a problem but when we were served, they had not made the sub but he took care of it right away and every thing was as expected from the food
