I have seen this coffee spot since pretty much I moved to Salt Lake City / Sugarhouse area. I have always wanted to try it and would be reminded each time I would pass it by. So, I started to get intentional about having something happen with this coffee shop and I set a meeting with a friend up at this gem of a spot. I had such a wonderful experience and the gentleman who I assume was the owner was so hospitable like it was his own home or something and just overall very accommodating. I paid for my black coffee in cash and he went ahead and let me use two dimes as I searched for change. Super nice and such a rarity to have that sort of thing happen. It was a nice place to chat and pretty private. Coming in there was a few people visiting inside and then some customers thru the drive thru and also that popped inside to grab coffee to go. For most of the visit we were in there without other guests and had the place to ourselves especially our preference of where we wanted to sit! I highly appreciate & recommend Jitterbug! The decor is super cute too!

Bruce, the guitar playing barista, is a good guy who serves great coffee at great prices and makes the best Ruben Sandwich in town. I also regularly have the breakfast burrito. He often remembers the names of his guests as well as what they normally drink. Great hangout. I have used his wifi, played his guitars, and charged my phone. The "Bug Juice" should be on your bucket list. The Revolver (six shots) for those mornings that come earlier than expected. Hes a Beatles fan and now somebody I consider a good friend.

By looking at all these reviews, you would think that it was stacked by all Bruces friends. The thing is once you start going to the Jitterbug, you keep coming back, and Bruce does become your friend, then you are super inspired to stop and take the time to tell the world what an awesome job he does when you stumble across his establishment in the google review section! Go for 1/2 lattes 4-6 pm M-Th what a steal! thanks Bruce love babs

The owner is super nice. Always goes out of his way to make sure Im happy. Its a great place to study, which is good for me, but I fear they could use some more customers. Not the perfect place if you need a fancy drink and are in a hurry. However they have quality drinks, are local (F#@% corporate coffee), very nice and a comfortable, quiet environment. Support your local businesses!

Cute coffee shop with drive-up service. When I worked downtown, I stopped by every morning. I stopped by on weekends, too. The owner remembers your name and regular order after a few visits. I always liked the coffee and other drinks! I sometimes stopped for lunch on the weekend: freshly made BLT, yum.

I was referred here by a friend a while ago. The coffee and other drinks are great, the environment is warm and the people are friendly. A good place to make part of your daily commute, and much better than the corporate coffee place down the road.

I was hooked the first time I went there. Bruce not only remembers me by name, but know my coffee preference.... he get it ready as soon as he sees my car pull in! Great coffee, great food and great service!!! I go there daily.
