This is a clean, nice Starbucks. The drive-thru line is always crazy long and yet they get you through so fast, usually less than 10 minutes, even when its 6+ cars deep. Two problems though: we always order a Sausage cheese sandwich and twice its been completely undercooked, like they tried to make multiple at once. One time it was absolutely frozen and gross in the middle! Also, when you go inside, they have forgotten our drink order 3 times now. After waiting 10+ minutes, weve asked where our drinks are and it somehow gets lost in the mix or something. They are always really apologetic and make it right away, but that kind of thing never happens with drive-thru. Overall, good service considering how often I come here.

I am not the type to write reviews, but SAVE YOUR TIME & GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! The wait it long, and I mean we have waited over 30 minutes to get a drink, but were stuck in the driveway and had to wait. If there was an escape path (thought about it with my truck), Id left a few times. They get the drinks wrong 9/10, staff isnt friendly, I was waiting there the other night and two of the girls were making out, and I had to knock on the window for my drink. Sure, another gentleman gave it to me for free for that, but it wasnt the hot drink I ordered. I got a frozen drink... Just awful! Drive a few minutes to Java Jos on 900 East and 4700 South. Or, go to the Starbuck inside of Barnes and Nobles; its incredibly fast!

I cant comment on the quality of the orders or the products but I can say that the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I came through to spend a bunch of Starbucks gift cards and was looking for fairly specific items which they didnt have in stock. This was disappointing and the reason for 4/5 instead of 5/5 (that their merchandise stock was a little limited). It could have been due to their having more customers that buy more stock (maybe) so I cant be overly critical. Either way, for me, it wasnt the perfect Starbucks to come to and I had to go elsewhere to find what I was looking for. The fact that Chipotle is next door makes this my near favourite place to stop :-)

The Baristas are incredible, I hadnt been around for several months and they still remember my name and favorites. I have never used the drive through, Its a very busy starbucks, thus I can imagine it would not be pleasant to use the drive through. Even if Im just passing by, Ill go inside, and spend some time reading Atlas Shrugged and savoring my tea. This is the best Starbucks that I have been to yet. Its usually great for studying or just a leisurely date and walk in the park. (I Review in comparison to other places like it)

I am currently waiting for my large drip coffee with room for cream. It has been 11 minutes. True they are busy and i am willing to cut a little slack, but as I see one person making fraps, one guy working his ass off to get espresso drinks made, one person wondering getting milk slowly and the person on the counter just refilling cups i cant help but think someone could pause to fill a drip coffee... Wait still havent finished it 14 minutes. Normally awesome service which is why this is two stars not one.

Drive through is quick but at times they have difficulty hearing my order due to the traffic noise from State Street. A few times Ive had to repeatedly repeat my order and one time my order was a little off. Inside is clean and the baristas are always friendly **UPDATE 3.14.17** They must have new employees. Drive through was TERRIBLE! Slow and I had to repeat my order five times. When I finally pulled up to the window, my order was wrong.

i have been waiting for my order and i thought isnt ready yet then i just noticed it was on the left side of pick up orders they didnt even call me or say you order is ready and when I tell them why u didnt tell me my order is ready one of em said I did but u do not hear me and thats not true at all very disappointed & non respectful for customers .. Not the one to write reviews, but probably the worst experience ever! Ordered 3 drinks and when I asked if they still had a drink, the 2 girls gave me attitudes, made faces, and laughed right in front of my face. So embarrassed to stay there to wait for my drinks. Although, I did get them quick, the hot drinks lid was a complete mess. Definitely wont be going there again.

The wait was very long when I went in for a chai tea. I asked for a venti nonfat chai, no water. I watched her make it, she put water in it. When I confronted her about she said "no i didnt, I am making many drinks". I have chai this way very often. I know when there is water in it. Not a great representation on Starbucks. Very disappointed.

Before they moved locations I was able to get my drink the right way, every time. I have always got the same grande iced triple espresso with flavor and cream. Id say now 2 out of 10 times its right. Its either flavored wrong, the wrong size, or served to me hot. Its worth it at this point for me to drive the extra 10 minutes to Bad Ass Coffee.

I go to Starbucks daily and I was very excited when this Starbucks opened because it is close to my house. I can honestly say I have had very few good experiences at this place. The service is horrible and the employees are ill mannered. This tells me the management team condones this type of behavior . You win, I wont be back!!!

Consistently friendly, warm baristas here! LOVE stopping by here when Im in the area, because they get things done quickly, professionally, but theyre also just NICE PEOPLE! Lots of space at this location, inside and out, for getting some work done, and they also have a drive-thru. Ill be back at this one as often as I can!

Paid $10 for a breakfast sandwich that was probably microwaved, throw in the bag and a drink that I could have made at home. Didnt think a dirty chai was hard to understand or make but forgot the "dirty" part and the chai tea itself was very watered down. Great way to start off my morning. Wont be going back any time soon.

My husband ran to get me an iced latte and when he got home I took a sip and immediately noticed I forgot to tell him I wanted a French vanilla iced latte. He ran back to Starbucks and explained what happened and they were happy to replace it with what I wanted. Really great customer service!!

This new theme has emerged at all Starbucks. Pulled up, no lime inside great ill go ahead and grab a coffee! Well after making 5 or 6 mobile orders they finally called my name. I understand the convenience but if they dont learn yo balance with the rest of us i will find a new place to shop.

Great atmosphere and one of the nicest and newest stores in the area (2016). Free and reliable Wifi. Typical Starbucks menu with mediocre coffee. Youre paying for the brand name, but for the guy working from a mobile office, its hard to argue with the atmosphere and free wifi.
