I received horrible customer service from Aaron this morning. I immediately asked to speak with his manager, and while explaining to Annika about Aarons condescending attitude and poor customer service, he was standing behind her smiling at me. I immediately pointed that out to her, but when she turned around he began talking to another coworker. Annika told me that he would be talked to, but I had to ask her "Dont you want to hear what happened so you know what to talk to him about?". How can you give someone feedback on their behavior if you dont have the specifics of a situation? All I ordered was a house coffee using my own cup. This complaint is about self entitlement and behavior that simply isnt acceptable in todays market. There are simply too many good coffee shops for Starbucks to be able to treat someone this way. Aaron you certainly have the capacity to be an awful person. I hope someone keeps their eye on you so you dont continue to ruin other peoples day while serving them their morning coffee.

The coffee was good, but the service was not. After standing (you cannot go inside, but there is a drive-thru) at the walk-up window for approximately 3 or so minutes, not ONE person so much as acknowledged my presence. There were at least 4-5 people moving around inside the "building (shipping container)" but no one bothered to say, "Ill be right with you," or "Hello!". It wasnt until I finally turned to walk away that someone came to the window to see what I wanted. Polite and good service will always be in fashion, no matter what millennials think. I will say that a young lady came to the window to see what I wanted as I was getting into the car; she was polite and able to get the coffee to me in a decent amount of time.

Out of respect for the staff we parked and went up to the window because we had a very large drink order. We stood at the window for over ten minutes and were never acknowledged while people that pulled up after us were still being helping in the drive thru. The staff was well aware that we were there but clearly had no interest in serving us. This is the ONLY Starbucks I have ever had to walk away from without being served. Went to another one down the road and received excellent service. This location will never see my face again.

I dont know why everyone is complaining if you think the coffee is overpriced go buy your own damn coffee its not really hard and if you dont like to make your own coffee then quit complaining I honestly thought the prices were Fair the service was good and it wasnt that long of a wait I only waited in line for like maybe 5 minutes and I got my food so I am very satisfied

Ask for coffee with sugar in it got sugar packets on the side. Purchase a latte with almond milk which is about $5 and got over 3/4 of my cup filled with ice. When I asked for an upgrade to have my drink size change he was like it was already made.

Slow service that is not worth the wait. The Frappuccino I received tasted watery and the ice was so poorly crushed that I could not drink it because it would clog up the straw. First time to this location and will probably be my last.
